Weekly Log 12.22.17~12.28.17

Well, this week was off to a rough start. Friday, I woke up kind of early which was nice. Then I ate breakfast, made my bed, got dressed, changed the countdown on my door and then did the dishes. After the dishes (which made my foot hurt SUPER bad), I took a nap and then headed off to get drinks before going to work. Work actually went fairly well other than me wanting to chop my foot off with a knife.  After that, I came home, uploaded my vlog and went to bed.

Saturday, I spent most of the day resting my foot, but as I put my boot on I strained my foot, hurting it worse so I hurt myself. Work was AWFUL! My foot hurt so bad that I was seeing stars and I left early to go to the ER to get it re-looked at. (It was fine, but it still hurts) Then I came home, uploaded my vlog and went to bed.

Sunday was a frigging crazy day. I woke up and took a shower like I usually do, but this is where the similarities end. First, I walked out the door to drive myself to church. Then, I got to church and realized I forgot my breakfast so I ate some popcorn that I bought yesterday that was in my car. Then, I did my usual church thing. Then, I left church a little early to go to work. I worked for about 5.5 hours and then came home and crashed.

Monday, was Christmas, and first, I woke up, got dressed, ate breakfast, and then we opened presents at home. Then, we got everything packed up and went to Nana's house where we spent the day opening presents, eating some amazing food that my Nana made, and talking a lot. Basically having a very nostalgic Christmas. It was good. Then, we came home, watched a Christmas movie that was totally predictable and totally mushy. Then, I uploaded the vlog and crashed.

Tuesday, I stayed home all day until work since the weather was crappy. Then I went to work, worked for a while, and then came home and crashed.

Wednesday, I woke up a little late, came downstairs, and relaxed until I had to leave for work at about 2:15pm. I got to work, picked up my paycheck, then headed off to the bank. While I was at work picking up my check my aunt asked me if I could pick up coffee for her at Tim Hortons. So, I went to the bank, deposited my check, went to Tim Hortons, then came back to work. By the time I got back the phone was ringing off the hook and the frigging shoved me in the pizza room. Then after my other coworkers arrived I was smashed on to the fryer station with no clue what was going on and a little bit of animosity towards my aunt. (Actually, she was driving me to drink... almost literally.) Then I suffered on the fryer station all damn night and my aunt drove me crazy until around 7pm when she finally left and I could feel like an adult again. Basically, I was NOT able to leave until just after 11pm (3p-11p shift), then I came home and crashed HARD, but not actually falling asleep until after 1a.

Thursday, was definitely a better day. I woke up at 9a to text my mom and tell her that I wasn't going to morning Bible Study, then went back to sleep until 11a. Then I woke up, went to the bathroom, took the dogs out, and ate breakfast. Then, I went upstairs, folded the clothes in my basket, gathered up the clothes on my floor, and took them downstairs. Then I did my laundry and rested all day. Then I went to Bible Study with mom and dad. Then we went to CVS to get dad some Nyquil because he's feeling a little under the weather. Then we came home, I uploaded the vlog from Wednesday and went to bed.

Thank you for reading this, I hope you enjoy reading about my weeks and my struggles. I am hoping that by typing these things out that someone will get something out of it.

Weekly Log 12.16.17~12.21.17

Okay, this week got off to a GREAT start.

Saturday, I woke up a little early took the dogs out got breakfast and took a nap until 12:30p when I got woken up by mom and she had me go out and warm up the car so we could leave for the concert in Buffalo. Dad came home shortly before 1p and then we headed out to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert which we made it just in time for because the traffic and parking situation were absolutely INSANE. Then after the concert (which was amazing as always), we headed over to our traditional daddy-daughter date dinner place: Red Robin. Then, after dinner, we walked the mall and bought a few Christmas gifts. Then at 9p we left the mall (since it was closing) and headed over to the theater where we had tickets to see the new Star Wars movie, and we waited until 10:15p to go into the movie (which was starting at 10:30). (The Movie was EPIC by the way) We left the movie about 1a and didn't get home until 2a, and I promptly crashed.

Sunday, I did NOT want to wake up. (Since I only got five hours of sleep, this was no surprise) I rolled out of bed at 8:15a took a shower, at breakfast and then scooted off to church. Sunday school was a tiny bit crazier than usual because for some odd reason the kids were wired for sound, and of course, I was still really tired from lack of sleep the night before. After church, we went out to the mall in Lakewood to my FAVORITE Chinese place called Sakura. Then I napped on the hour ride back home before I changed and scooted off to work. Work went surprisingly well considering I came into a station that had barely anything in it, and no wings tubbed either. Basically, if I hadn't had two days off before that I would have been really pissed off at the way the station was left for me. Thankfully, I had a great day the day before and was in good spirits. I did complain about it though to the people who were there the day before and could have prevented that from happening. But, unfortunately, the crew during the day were evil and thus, my night was not as good as it could have been. But it wasn't horrible. I then came home edited and uploaded the vlog from Saturday, and went to bed.

Monday, I woke up a little late and was having a fairly good day until I almost stepped on one of the dogs and slid down 5 stairs, ended up with my foot pinned back underneath me. Once I stopped falling, I could barely walk and after much effort was able to make it to the couch. After waiting for mom for about 30 minutes, I forced myself to try and walk again (thankfully, I was able to) and I went to the bathroom, started my laundry and then took my ass back to the couch to rest and wait for mom. Another 30 minutes later mom came home and took me to urgent care in Gowanda. After a couple of hours and three x-ray pictures, they concluded that my foot was (thankfully) not broken and only bruised. Then we came home, made dinner, rested and generally went to bed.

Tuesday, I woke up feeling like someone had run over my foot with their car, but otherwise was in good spirits. I got dressed, made my bed, went downstairs, ate breakfast and then headed out to my psychiatric appointment with mom. After my appointment, we went to Walmart and then mom took me home while she went to her appointment for the car to get snow tires. After I took the dogs out and ate lunch, I took a nap. Then I went to work which SUCKED HARD because my foot is still messed up from falling on Monday. Then I came home, ended my vlog and crashed.

Wednesday, I woke up late. My foot was still sore, but it appears that the bruise is not getting any worse so that's good. Anyways, I ate breakfast, took a shower, iced my foot and then left the house, headed for work.I first stopped at the store in South Dayton where I picked up my drinks for work. Then I continued on to the gas station so that I could finish filling up my car with gas. Then I went to work for about 7 hours (3pm - 10pm). Then I promptly came home and crashed after icing my foot, taking my meds, and uploading my vlog.

Thursday, I took it easy all day. I basically stayed on the couch and read most of the day. I also took a nap and decorated my little Christmas tree in my room. Then I went to Bible Study with mom and dad, read while they practiced and then came home, uploaded my vlog and went to sleep.

Thank you for reading this. I know this week was kind of boring, but don't worry. Next week is Christmas and then we start the new year the week after. So it will be good times from here on out.

   Keep on being Awesome,

Weekly Rundown 12.9.17~12.14.17

Okay, hopefully, this week won't be as bad as last week.

Saturday, I woke up and had to do about 5 days worth of dishes which were definitely NOT organized, and that totally pissed me off. Then when I tried to catch a break, my AUNT frigging texts me as I am pulling out of the driveway asking if I am on my way yet. I was already pissed off at mom for not helping me with the dishes, now I am dealing with my pissed off aunt as well. Needless to say, it was not a relaxing drive to work that day. Then I got to work and they were busy AF. So I had to jump in and help right away which sent my anxiety through the roof. So that threw off my whole day, and then on top of that two of my coworkers came in at 5 and one coworker never showed up. So, it was a stressful hour or so of my aunt bitching at me for not being there early and bitching about the other coworker not showing up. But after the dinner rush was over (about 8 or so) it was a much easier night, and I was thankfully able to leave just after 11pm. Then I came home, uploaded my vlog and crashed hard.

Sunday, I was woken up a little earlier than normal. Then I took a shower and quickly ate breakfast so I could get ready to go because we had to pick up my sister since her car was still in the shop. Then at church, my sister and I played "In the Bleak Midwinter" for special music during the main service. After church we went to the store in South Dayton, then dropped my sister off at home, then we went home and had Turkey Gravy and biscuits for lunch. Then I went straight to work since they asked me to come in early, which was a BIG mistake on my part. Work was busy as HELL, and I spent the whole time running around like a chicken with my head cut off until after 8 PM. So, needless to say, I was tired when I left at almost 10 PM. So, I went home and crashed.

Monday, I stayed home and looked for my otter box phone case all day while doing laundry, relaxing and doing the dishes. It was a nice and quiet day.

Tuesday, I woke up before 10 AM and then ate breakfast, got ready and headed out towards Derby for counseling. First, we stopped in Gowanda to drop off my car. Second, we went to the bank in Gowanda. Third, we stopped at the gas station so mom could put gas in her car. Fourth, we stopped at Dollar General in Farnam to kill some time. Fifth, we stopped at Family Dollar in Derby, because mom forgot some things that she needed when we stopped at Dollar General. Finally, we stopped at Tim Hortons, also in Derby, to get some lunch. Then I went to counseling. Then mom took me back to work and I got started a little early because why not. Then, when I left work it took forever to get home. Then I uploaded my vlog and crashed.

Wednesday, was a little bit of a shit show. It started when I woke up with a sore abdomen and some diarrhea (which continued throughout the whole damn day). Then it got worse and I got nauseous. Lastly, I went to work and two of my other coworkers were sick. But they couldn't stay all night because they were puking. So, both of them were sent home early and I had to stay until almost close. So, I had an eight-hour shift with diarrhea and a little bit of nausea, and I had to pee a lot. The worst fact about my day: It was snowing all damn day. So, I basically came home and crashed.

Thursday, I spent the day running around like crazy, First, I let myself sleep in and didn't go to morning Bible Study. Then, while I was filling my pills my boss/cousin text me and asked me to work for her that night so that she could go to her son's chorus concert that he just told her about the day before. *sad face* SO, instead of going to practice for my mom's play, I had to go to work. But before that, I had an appointment for the car to get an oil change and a sensor looked at. Then I went shopping for my dad's Christmas present which means I am officially DONE Christmas shopping. Then I went to work for five hours and came home to crash.

Thank you for reading this. I hope you have had a good 6 days and they didn't go as strangely crazy as mine did.

Health Update

I was thinking about what to post today, and I figured I would give you guys a physical health update.

So, my asthma is doing well, and haven't had too many problems with that yet this winter which is nice. My PCOS has been doing very well since I got my IUD put in October before this past October. Then there are my muscles. Most of you probably don't know that I have been having problems with my neck and shoulder, but it has been going on for months. This past month or so it has moved into my opposite shoulder as well as my left side of my collarbone, and up the front of my neck. It is tough because I don't know if the front of my neck and collarbone are actually muscle or if it's something else because nothing and I do mean nothing takes away the pain when it's there. So basically, I've had to suffer with it and deal with it.

That's how my physical health has been lately. Thanks for reading.

Weekly Rundown 12.1.17~12.8.17

This week has not started out on a good note.

Saturday, I had a good day of relaxation, until I went to work... that is when shit hit the fan. First, I had to work with my Aunt, who bitches constantly, and had to come in EARLIER than everyone else, just to deal with her. Then if that wasn't enough to drive me up the wall, my one coworker was a total bitch and left BEFORE me when I had been there an hour earlier than everyone else. If that wasn't bad enough, I was sore all over my shoulders AND I was there for 8 hours straight with no real break. Needless to say, I was a little more than upset and cried all the way home. (No joke) Once I got there, I basically took my medication and crashed... hard.

Sunday, I woke up so tired and feeling rather weak from working so long the night before. But I pressed on and stayed awake (surprisingly) all through church. Then I got home had some leftover pizza for lunch, then crashed for about two hours before heading off to get drinks for work. On the way to work from the reservation where I got my drinks, I got pulled over for following the car in front of me too closely. *eye roll* Anyways, he let me off with a warning, and I only ended up being a little later than usual and not totally late for work. Work then went surprisingly well. It was slow and I was able to get everything done,  plus the pop cooler, by 9:15. Then they (my other two coworkers) let me go just before 9:30 and I came home, took my meds, uploaded my vlog, then crashed for the night.

Monday, I got a lot done at home. First, I woke up before noon (not long before noon, but long enough). I ate breakfast, sat down for maybe 5 minutes, then I went upstairs, got dressed, collected the laundry, and brought it downstairs. Then I started the laundry, did the dishes, and filled my pills. After the dishes were done, I called the Pharmacy, Jamestown Psychiatric, and Community Concern. Then I sat and played Mario Run for the rest of the afternoon. Then I ran with mom to pick up my meds, then ran to get water and drop off the jugs for milk, Then we came home. Shortly after that, dad came home we had dinner and I crashed for the night.

Tuesday, was actually a pretty boring day, minus the fact that my paycheck didn't come in so I had to wait until Wednesday to get it. I basically spent the day resting with my puppies, then I went to work at 3 and spent the night at work filling my station and then I had to slice some produce. Other than that it was a pretty dull day.

Wednesday, I thought I was going to have a pretty chill day, but it turned out life had other plans. I decided to try to sleep in a little, but then my mom woke me up just after 11 AM and asked if I wanted to go shopping. I said yes, and we got ready. Then just after 12 PM we left to go to Walmart, then came back, put the Turkey in the oven, relaxed for a half hour, and then I went to work. Work was a little cray cray. First, my aunt didn't want to leave when she was supposed to. Second, I felt like my abdomen was about to burst from the pain. Third, my one coworker was being a real bitch and was pissing off almost everyone else. *sigh* I'm pretty sure something was wrong with her, but I didn't want to get into it because she is a real drama queen. So, it was slow and I left earlier than normal to put gas in my car, then I came home and crashed.

Thursday, started out a little crazy. First, I didn't want to wake up, so I got up late. Then, I was late getting out the door to head to Bible study so I ended up walking in right as they were about to start. The service went by without interruption, then my sister took a long time getting to me because her car was having trouble and she had to call AAA. Then, after we practiced, AAA still hadn't shown up, and I had to sit and wait for them while her husband (who originally came to help her) went back to work. Then my sister called AAA... they canceled her order because her husband didn't answer ONCE. Needless to say, she was NOT happy with AAA, and she had someone else sent out to her. AAA text me shortly after she got off the phone with them. Then, the driver called me within ten minutes and was there within fifteen. Shortly, thereafter I went to see my sister and waited until she was done with work before I finally got to go home, but it would never be that easy. We left Kennedy, NY and it was dark but not even snowing. We got to Conewango Valley, NY and it was snowing and there was snow on the road. By the time we arrived in South Dayton, NY it was snowing like crazy and there was about an inch of snow on the road! Needless to say (if you know me at all) my anxiety was through the roof all the way home, and it took me at least twice the time it usually does to get home. When I got home, I took an anti-anxiety pill and crashed.

Friday, I had a crazy day. First of all, it was snowing all day, so the trip to work was CRAZY AF and then I had a rougher than usual night at work before coming home and crashing.

Weekly Rundown 11.24.17~12.1.17

This week had a rough beginning with a very clutzy weekend.

Saturday, I messed up by wearing my green scrub pants. That's where it all went wrong. I was on my way upstairs to grab my laundry and try to get it done, but I caught my right big toe on my left pant leg and frigging fell up the stairs, which wrenched my bad shoulder (right) and hit my left knee on the stairs. That was so much fun. NOT! Then I proceeded to go upstairs and grab my laundry. Then I did my laundry and went to work, where I was in the middle of a rush and underestimated how close the door was and slammed it on my left temple. Yeah, not a fun night for me. So then I go home, finish the vlog, and go to bed without incident.

Sunday, I woke up a little earlier and played on my phone until it was time to go downstairs. I go downstairs, take a shower, eat breakfast and head out to church without incident. We have company after church, so I go home and have lunch with them and don't get my customary Sunday afternoon nap, which makes me a little more irritable besides the fact that I have to go in early because a coworker's mom is in the hospital. So while I'm at work THIS TIME I am walking out of our walk-in refrigerator and it comes back too early and smacks good and hard into my funny bone. Then, while I'm trying to pull pop out of the tray to fill the pop cooler, I smack my hand into another full tray of pop, hurting my right hand which was already sore. Basically, I had a rough weekend before I left work to come home and crash good and hard.

Monday, I spent a majority of my day at home doing dishes and then relaxing. Then I took my Mickey Moosa to the groomer to get his hair trimmed up. While I was sitting in the parking lot of the library waiting for him to be done, his groomer texted me and mentioned that he had gotten a bloody nose after she had bathed him and was about to blow dry him off. This concerned me because A) He's getting up there in years, and B) He's never had a nosebleed before (that we knew of). I told her to go ahead and finish grooming him, and I would get ahold of the vet to make an appointment for him. Then I texted my mom and she called the vet and got him an appointment for the next day. After another hour or so of waiting, I went and picked him up and he seemed a bit more tired than usual to me, but I brushed it off and proceeded to take him home. On the way home, I came inches from hitting a dear and nearly lost my shit over that one. Then I got home and rested with my babies.

Tuesday, I spent my morning sleeping in and then I took my Simi-kins with me to go get my paycheck while mom took Mickey to the vet to see what was going on with him. Then I rushed home to meet the guy who was going to fix our furnace so it would run properly. Then I rested for a little bit while mom came home with Mickey (he's fine, it was just dry air). Then I went to work for about 7 hours. Now, work was not uneventful and (without giving names) I'm going to tell you basically what happened. So, I come in and everything seems normal. My coworker is back from vacation and everyone is in their usual places. Then, after the dinner rush, things slow down as they usually do. But then things got interesting. So my one coworker left at 8:30 like she usually does since she has another job, but then my coworker that I usually close with leaves at 9:00, which left me and two other coworkers to try and get everything done in a decent fashion. Well, then one of the other coworkers is pretty much useless while I'm trying to finish stocking my station and help the coworker that came back from vacation close up. Then she peaced out at 10:00 leaving me and said coworker to try and close AND do orders for about an hour. Needless to say, I was not too happy about this, but I kept my mouth shut and my nose to the grindstone. We thankfully got out of there just after 11:00 but I was a little pissed and tired and sore AF. I then went home and proceeded to crash and burn.

Wednesday, was a pretty tame day other than work being a little chaotic because we were short a person, and I learned how to turn the heat up at work too. LOL, It was actually really simple, just needed to be explained to me. Also, I was there for another 7 hours and I was sore AF afterward. After that, I proceeded to go home and crash again.

Thursday, I had a pretty dull day in comparison to the first few days of my week. I went to Bible Study in the morning, then came home, took a nap, and went out to Springville with mom and dad so that dad could pick up something for work. Then my parents had a brilliant idea: Let's get dinner from where you work! It was a brilliant plan, we were about 20 minutes away from work, so we could just stop in and pick it up on the way home. Little did we know that it would absolutely NOT be that simple. I called and placed the order and she said on the phone that it would be about 40-45 minutes. I thought, "Okay they must be busy. No big deal." We head towards there and get gas before we go in and get there about 40ish minutes after I called. Dad and I walk in and it is MAD BUSY in there. So, we pay for the food, and we wait... and wait... and wait... and wait. By the time we got our food, we had been waiting for it for over an hour. Now, mind you, we didn't order pizza. We got 10 wings, a hodgepodge, and two subs, and we had to wait over an hour. I wasn't too happy with them, but I understand that they were busy as Hell on the day that a bus full of Lawyers went over a cliff. Anywho, we came home, ate, and then dad went to bed. Then mom did laundry while I uploaded my vlog.

Friday, I got my hair cut with mom in the morning. Then we took my Gram (mom's mom) out to lunch because it's her birthday. After that, I went home, and later I'm going to work and hopefully it will be a good and smooth night at work.

Thank you for reading. I am trying to do better at uploading at least twice a week.

Update on Shit

So I promise I'm going to do better at posting for you people that read this. I am working on getting myself more organized and better at sticking to a schedule. Which is something my depressed ass needs. It needs routine, which is something I definitely don't have currently.
Once I get that done, I am going to fit this blog into my schedule. That being said, my life is frigging chaotic with the Holidays upon us and work being busy AF. So, hopefully, that shit will slow down and then my life can go back to normal and I can start to get some semblance of a normal life together... Oh! and fit some writing in too. >_<

Weekly Rundown 11.5.17 ~ 11.10.17

I'm only making this Sunday - Friday because honestly, I don't feel like recalling my Saturday right now.

Sunday, it was crazy raining outside and after church, my parents and I went out to Red Lobster for lunch. Then I came home and had to rush to work. While I was at work, it continued to rain so much that one of the local creeks was overflowing and I had to leave work a little quicker than planned. And it was so nerve wrecking on the way home that I had a low-key panic attack while I was driving.
Monday, I spent the entire day sleeping and eating. Very exciting, I know.

Tuesday, I woke up, got dressed, ate breakfast, went to get my check with mom and then went shopping for a few things then had to rush home to grab my bag for work. Then I headed off to work and had a pretty slow night which was nice since Sunday was a little rough.

Wednesday, I woke up, went to work and spent the better part of my night aggravated and pissed off at my two coworkers who were not getting along and arguing in front of customers. Basically, I was mad because things weren't getting done at a good pace for the fact that we were not that busy. So, because I was so pissed and sore on the way home, I cried a majority of the way.

Thursday, I went to church in the morning with mom, then went out and grabbed a couple things including lunch in Jamestown. Then we came home and relaxed until after dinner when I did the dishes.

Today has been a pretty relaxing day, other than I've been doing laundry. lol, I enjoy having nothing to do, and it's a good relaxing pace. :)

  Keep On Being Awesome,

Update 10.30.17

So I haven’t been vlogging or blogging in the passed few weeks and I don’t know if I enjoyed it or not. It was honestly very relaxing but I didn’t like not having a routine. I honestly like the routine of blogging and vlogging and it gives me something to do when I’m not working.
The part I don’t really like is the stress and feeling of having to get things done by a certain time. SO in light of that I’m not going to stress myself out about blogging or vlogging. If I don’t get it done, then I don’t get it done, it’s not the end of the world. But if I do, I will be much happier with myself. :)

Weekly Rundown 9.23.17~9.29.17

This week was a little bit of a blur but I am going to try and recall it as best I can.

Saturday, I went to work and that was pretty much it. So it was a pretty boring day.

Sunday, we went to church like any typical Sunday except I drove separately so that I could go home early since we went to Nana and Papa's house after church. After I went home and resting for a little bit, I went to work where I spent most of the rest of my night. Then I came home and crashed.

Monday, I spent the day at home doing all kinds of fun stuff. I did the dishes, did my laundry, had a sock mating party, picked up the living room a little and also picked up my room a bit. That was basically my day of doing all kinds of household stuff.

Tuesday, I woke up a little late, ate breakfast, went and picked up my check, put it in the bank, paid mom and then went to work for the remainder of my night before coming home and going to bed.

Wednesday, I woke up really late (around noon) took the dogs out, at breakfast/lunch rested for an hour and then went to work until after 9 then came home, uploaded my vlog and went to sleep because honestly I was exhausted.

Yesterday,  I spent the day doing a little bit of running around. First, I woke up, took a shower and went to Bible Study. From there I went to get something to eat and then went to my massage. Then I went to Walmart to pick up a few things and then headed home and relaxed. In other words, I passed out on the couch for almost two hours. When I woke up dad was home and we ate dinner and then I went back to church and hung out for a while. Then I uploaded my vlog while reading on my kindle app on my phone before going to bed.

Today, I went to get my hair cut, and later I am going to get gas and go to work for another fun-filled day at the factory. LOL

So that's basically been my week. I hope you enjoy reading this and hearing about my weekly "Adventures".

  Keep on Being Awesome,

Mental Health Update 9.25.17

So this week I had a trial and error with my mood stabilizer and discovered that I have way more energy without it, the sad part is I think I might need it for the voices, but I'm not entirely sure. So I have been debating a few things this week like dropping my mood stabilizer and starting journaling again. I actually was thinking about it last night and want to start a bullet journal. I am actually planning on buying some new washi tape and a new notebook specifically for it. I just need to decide what I want to put in it.
I know I want to do a month at a glance things and lists, but I don't know what else to put in it. lol, Should I start doing fitness and working out more? Should I start tracking my food and water in there? Should I start tracking my mental health in there? Should I do all of the above? I honestly have no idea.
Maybe it should be a mental health bullet journal with stuff that helps my mental health. Like goals and lists to keep me on track and tell how my mood has been at the beginning of the day. Try to listen to my body and check in with my journal to see how my mood progresses throughout the day. That sounds like a good idea, and then maybe add some fitness to it.
I don't know, but it all sounds good in theory, it's just a matter of putting it all together. Thank you for reading this. Comment if you have any ideas for me.

   Keep on being Awesome,

Weekly Rundown 9.16.17~9.22.17

This week was a little bit of a trial and error week but it all worked out in the end.

Saturday, after having laid down some ground rules for Bryon the night before, he decided that he wasn't going to talk to me all day. Which was quite fine with me as I wanted to relax and get things done anyways. After a few hours of relaxing and getting to sleep in AND take a nap, I went to work and actually got to come home pretty early for a Saturday (around 9ish). Then I came home and went to sleep.

Sunday: Now here's where the trial and error really began. I started taking my Latuda (my mood stabilizer) in the morning instead of at night. I haven't had any good experiences trying that before but I figured I'd give it another go. Well, as luck would have it, I started crashing REALLY hard in the middle of Sunday School. I was getting light headed and was so tired that I couldn't even keep my eyes open. The scary part is I had coffee before church. So I should have been ready and raring to go. The sleepiness continued through main service and lunch at Nana and Papa's house.(Fun Fact: Bryon was supposed to meet me at church and then come to Nana and Papa's house with me and then after I laid down the law, he didn't speak to me and not to my surprise, never showed) Then I came home and napped for about 30 minutes. Which helped a little, then I went to work and had some sugared beverages which really helped wake me up. After work, I came home and crashed hard.

Monday, I had second thoughts about taking the Latuda in the morning, but then decided to give it a second chance, and took it again. I was foggy all morning but still managed to clean the room with Penny's litter box, do the mountain of dishes, and do my laundry before crashing hard for FOUR HOURS. I slept from about 1:30-2:00PM until 6:30 PM. The only time I woke up was to take the dogs out at around 4PM, but then I crashed again after we came back inside. After I woke up, I watched Superwoman's live broadcast, and then Dad came home and we watched "Knight Rider" until we both got tired again and went to bed.

Tuesday was a rough day. I decided to give the Latuda ANOTHER chance and took it again in the morning. BAD IDEA! I then went to wait for my paycheck and help Mom detail her mom's car. Well, as I had for the past two days previous. I started getting really tired on the way home from Gram's house, and so I crashed in the car and then slept some more when we arrived at home. Then I had to go to work and I had to go fill up my car with gas before that. Let me just say it was NOT pretty. I spent most of the ride to the gas station and work trying to keep my eyes from closing on me. Then we I got to the gas station I had the brilliant idea to get a couple of sugared beverages to try and help wake me up. Well, I drank the one with the most caffeine on the way to work, and I started getting kind of shaky. Then I drank another similarly caffeinated one when I got to work and felt like I was going to pass out for about twenty minutes. After that, it felt like my stomach was going to bust out of my abdomen. Then I took some deep breaths, thinking that it may have been anxiety, and it all leveled out around two hours after I had arrived at work. Suffice it to say, I was not glad that the night was busy AF and I was on fryer station. I was tired all night long, and I just wanted to go home and sleep. Thankfully my coworker lets me leave a few minutes before I was supposed to since we had everything done, and I went home and crashed.

Wednesday I was NOT about to let that medication ruin another day, and I didn't take my Latuda in the morning. The weird thing is I had an amazing amount of energy, I didn't take a nap, and I was even in a pretty good mood considering I didn't get a nap. Then I went to work... (dun dun dun) Everything was seemingly okay until my one coworker realized it was just going to be four of us. Then she started avoiding the phone and getting short with our manager, and when he picked at her about it while we were slow she said she was "More anti-people than normal". So basically, I spent the entire night trying to fill my station, keep up with my own orders, AND answer the phone 99% of the night. Needless to say, I was more than ready when the manager told me I could go home. I was exhausted and promptly went home, wound down, and crashed.

Yesterday I went to Bible Study/Prayer meeting in the morning like I usually do, and then, after spending the afternoon trying to update my phone and get it backed up, I went to court for Simi's license being late. I took care of that with only a minimum fee and then went home to do the dishes and relax for the rest of the night.

Today was set to be a day where I didn't have anything planned but then the orthopedic doctor's office called and asked if I wanted to switch my appointment to today at 3:20 PM. So naturally I said yes, and I'm heading out there with Mom a little early so she can do the banking and stuff. So, it's going to be a good day today.

Thank you for reading and I hope I didn't bore you too much.

  Keep on being Awesome,

Writing Update

So my writing as honestly gotten a little behind lately, but I am really trying to get back to it, especially since I paid Microsoft so I can work on Lucy again. I've also been getting more ideas together for Bell Mort which has been officially renamed Bella Nyx Mortum. She's not too crazy about me knowing her full name, but oh well. She's named after her mother which is Isabella Mortum. She is also known as Nyx. So, I'm trying to collaborate with my sister on that (cause Isabella is her character) and trying to get Lucy to work with me. It's a long and annoying process being a writer. Lol *sighs* I hope you all enjoy reading this, and I hope someone out there can relate.

Weekly Rundown 9.9.17 ~ 9.15.17

This week has been just a tiny bit crazy only because I've made a new friend who is sickeningly sweet and wants to talk all the damn time. Anyways, let's get started on my week shall we?

Saturday, I relaxed at home most of the day, and then went to work from 4 PM until 10PM. So as you can imagine it was a pretty boring typical day.

Sunday, I went to church like normal with nothing out of the ordinary happening, except that I was on the sound system this week. Which was pretty nice. Then we had a fellowship after church with Pizza and cupcakes. Then we came home, took a nap and I went to work from about 5 PM until 10 PM. After that it was your typical boring night where I upload the vlog and go to bed.

Monday is where things pick up and get a little more interesting. I spent most of the day at home chilling, but the night before I coworker asked me to switch Tuesday night for Monday night, so I ended up working from about 4 PM until around 8 PM. Which is shorter than my usual Tuesday shift but that's okay I honestly didn't mind the break. After that I came home and watched some Knight Rider with dad before putting up the Vlog and going to bed.

Then Tuesday, because I worked the night before I had the day off. So, I went out and got my paycheck at around 12 PM (ish) like I usually do. Then mom and I went to the bank to put money in, and so she could take money out to pay the car payment. Then we went to Silver Creek and got my favorite Sundae EVER which is called the "Purple People Eater" and it's from the Frosty Treat in Irving. Then we went to get something substantial to eat at KFC/Taco Bell in Dunkirk (we also stopped there because dad wanted a couple of their slushies). Then we went and saw dad at the job site, and after went to Walmart to pick up a few things. Then we went home and the rest of the night was pretty boring. I basically spent the night at home video messaging my new friend. Who, honestly seems like everything I could want in a man except that he seems too sweet. Which isn't a bad thing, but it makes me quite anxious that I won't be able to live up to his expectations.

Anyways, Wednesday I went to counseling really early in the morning (I had to be there by 9 AM) and then came home, took a nap, and went to work from 3 PM until just after 9:30 PM. Which is a long day for me and my new friend (who seems to desperately want to be more) was messaging me most of the night and almost flipped shit on me because I didn't reply to him. *rolls eyes* Anyway, once I got home I video messaged him for a while and then went to sleep.

Yesterday, I spent the day mostly running around and trying to get two days worth of Vlogs posted because I got really tired talking to my friend and forgot to upload them. I went to my physical in Hamburg at 10:15 AM and then came home for a half an hour. Then left to go to my Psychiatric appointment in Jamestown that was at 1:30 PM so it was a little crazy and then I went to work from 4 PM until after 10 PM. (Not my usual shift, but my cousin Kim had something going on at College and asked me to work for her)

Today, I am currently at the doctors in Irving with my sister, and then I go home for a little bit before going to lunch at a church member's house. (And possibly going to talk to her neighbor about Christ) I am also running on about 6 hours of sleep instead of my usual 10-12 so I am kind of tired and not sure if I am going to have time to nap today. UGH!

Anyways, that's my week in a nutshell. I hope you all had a good week and hope it wasn't as crazy as mine was.

  Keep on being Awesome,

Weekly Rundown 9.2.17-9.8.17

So this week I had quite a bit of fun injuring myself.

Saturday, I relaxed for a while and then went to work, which was a little crazy as per it's usual.
Sunday, I went to church in the morning, got a good nap in and then the fun began. On my way to work I noticed that I was running dangerously low on gas and I wasn't sure I was going to even make it to work and worse yet: I had no money to put into my gas tank to make it home. So as soon as I arrived at work, I called my mom and she and my dad decided that they would come and put gas in my car after they finished their church service. Having that taken care of, I quickly went into work since I was almost late. I settle in and then walk into the pizza room (My station for the night) I open the door to the oven and fricken burn my wrist. Yep, first time burning myself in a while, but it hurt really bad and yeah... it was still my shift in the pizza room so I had to work all night with a burn on my wrist that progressively got worse as the night went on. Then I went home and crashed.
Monday was Labor Day here in the US, and I spent the day relaxing and doing chores around the house that I needed to get done and had been putting off.The burn I got the day before was not healing like I'd hoped though and was swollen underneath the wound.
Tuesday, it had stormed Monday night and so work was without power, but I had fun and went out running around with mom. Then came home and crashed... HARD. The burn on my wrist was now scabbed over but looked a little green and I started to become a little concerned as it REALLY hard to move my wrist up and down. Which is probably due to the swelling.
Wednesday, I ran into work early, grabbed my check, put it in the bank, went and got drinks, and then went and waited outside work for a few minutes before heading into a little bit of a rough night for me. First, I sliced mozzarella cheese on the slicer and ate some. For those of you that are wondering why this is a problem, I suffer from IBS-D and soft cheese is one of my worst triggers. So as you can imagine the night could only get worse as I had diarrhea most of the night. Then when I was running to the bathroom yet again, I stubbed my toe on the rack where we keep our little bags of chips. Then my one coworker was being a bitch (and thus irritating me)  most of the night, so I was not in good spirits when I left there that night a whole hour and a half LATER than I was supposed to. On top of that, the burn now hurts worse than ever and is really affecting how I move my wrist, which has me a bit more nervous.
Thursday, I was hoping to get some relaxing done so I made time for that in between going to Bible Study twice. The second time only because my mom made me feel guilty about it. Which sucks, because I would have felt better if I'd stayed home and meditated or something like that. We put a band-aid on the burn last night and I took it off before I took a shower and it seemed to feel better.
Anyway, today is Friday once again, and I am taking Mickey Moose to get a hair cut before coming home doing the dishes really quick and then going out shopping with my sister. It should be a good day. Maybe I'll do some meditating with some incense and my Chakra stones while I wait for Mickey to be done with his hair cut. lol

   Keep on Being Awesome,
      Cass

PS: Thank you so much for reading this. I hope you enjoyed it and it wasn't too dull for you.

Mental Health Update

I'm not going to lie, this passed week has been a little rough on me mentally. Especially since I hurt my foot on Wednesday. I mean, after that it was all downhill. I honestly think my depression has been hitting me pretty damn hard this week. I have no motivation, my thoughts have been terribly sad due to the fact that I have no motivation, and I feel tired all the time. I am honestly glad that I don't have to put up with this much longer. Since I see my counselor and my psychiatrist next week. But I am trying my hardest to hold on until then. Other than that, I had a pretty good week especially since my favorite weather is finally here! I honestly love autumn and I wish it could be that temperature all year round.

Weekly Rundown 8-26-17~9-1-17

This week was a bit of a let down, but I'll break it down for you.

Saturday was my day off and I was supposed to go to the Celtic Festival and by the time we got there everything was being taken down. So we went out to eat at Sakura with dad, and then we went to Bath and Body works.
Sunday, I woke up so tired I could barely keep my eyes open, and after church was called into work early so I couldn't even take a nap to get my energy back up. So all through work I was tired as Hell, and wanted to go home.
Monday, was a nice day and I relaxed most of the day.Which was nice.
Tuesday, I went and picked up my paycheck early, then went and took my car to the shop to get the check engine light turned off. Which they did. Then mom and I went out to ice cream and BK for lunch. Then I went home and relaxed for a little while before I went to work. Where I closed and then came home and crashed.
Wednesday, I took my car to the shop early to get it fixed, and then we went to Walmart and went home and relaxed until I went to work at three. While I was at work I accidentally kicked the table with my big toe and injured it badly. I went home a few HOURS later and spent the night tossing and turning with pain in my toe and foot.
Thursday, I took Simi to the vet in the morning, then came home and relaxed until Bible Study later in the day.
Today, I went to the dr for my toe and the dr thinks it's a stained tendon. Which is not what I wanted to hear since I have to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Which means I'm working all weekend with a bum foot. So now I'm waiting in Urgent Care to get an X-Ray of my foot, which I PRAY isn't broken.

It was a bad week, but I'm determined to have a better one this week.

     Keep on Being Awesome,
      Cass

Writing Update

So, I've been working on Lucy a little bit, almost done with chapter 10. I've also been working on ideas for Bell Mort, who is being a little bit of a brat now that I am trying to give her attention. *rolls eyes* So, that's how it's been going. Hopefully, it will be going better and I'll have more to report next time.

Weekly Rundown 8.19.17-8.25.17

This week has been a pretty crazy one.

Saturday was my grandparent's 50th-anniversary party which we had to take pictures before hand, so after being up until 3 AM that morning, I was woken up at about 9  AM to take a shower and get ready to go take pictures. Needless to say, I was so exhausted that day, that I wasn't ready for anything that day had to throw at me. I spent most of the day in auto pilot and don't remember a lot of it, except my cousin and his wife teaching me how to play Settlers of Catan. Which was pretty fun, but not something my brain was quite ready for. LOL After the party we all went to our separate houses and relaxed. Those that were staying at our house had ice cream for dinner and then watched Moana until bedtime.
Sunday was just like a normal Sunday at first. I woke up and took a shower and then scooted off to church with Mom and Dad. Then it gets interesting. Nana and I had a whole 11 kids in Sunday school which is HIGHLY unusual. Then, I went down to play my violin and the whole family did special music, which I recorded. Then after church, we all went downstairs for leftovers from the party the day before. (While I was doing the singing before Sunday School my boss text me and asked me to come into work that night, which I readily agreed). After church, our guests went home and I headed promptly to work. Which wasn't all that bad, since I was simply an extra for the night. Then I came home and crashed.
Monday was a much more normal day. I slept in, then went out with my sister to her doctor's appointment, then we went out to the beach that wasn't too far away. It was great! We went swimming for a little bit then laid out on the beach to dry. It was a good time. Then I came home and watched a show with mom and dad that my sister got for my dad for his birthday (which was last Friday).
Tuesday, I woke up and took the dogs out like I usually do, but this particular morning my tailbone hurt more than usual. So, when I got done with the dogs, I came in and sat on a heat pack. No sooner had I sat on the heat pack, that I closed my eyes and fell back asleep for another hour! (Mind you it was already noon by this point.) Then, I woke up when mom came home and took the dogs out again before heading out to get my paycheck. By the time I'd picked up my paycheck and got gas it was about 3 PM and I decided that I was just going to stick around Gowanda until it was time for work. Then, I went to work, which was freaking NUTS because we were a person short AND we were busy AF! So by the time I got out of work it was almost 11 PM and I went home and promptly took my medications and crashed.
Wednesday. I woke up and my sinuses hurt so bad. So after I took the dogs out I heated up a heat pack and sat down with it on my face. It felt so nice. Then I woke up and went to work where I ran around like crazy until about 10:30 PM... Needless to say, I was not exactly happy about being there that long but it's more money for me. Anyways, after that I went home, took my meds and crashed hard.
Thursday, I went to Bible Study like I usually do, then came home and sat with the heat pack on my face for a while since I am still not feeling well. Then, I went to work and was actually able to leave before 10 PM (which is rare this week). Then I came home and relaxed with my parents for a few minutes before I crashed.
Today (Friday), I had a hair cut and then came home and rested for a bit before going to work. Which will hopefully be another early night, but I can't be sure.
So, that's my week in a nutshell.

   Keep On being Awesome,
     Cass

I Had a Rough Weekend Mentally

You know how hard it is for you to be around someone who has wronged you badly in the past? Well, I spent almost the whole weekend with a family member who wronged me very badly in the past and I realized that I suppress a lot of feelings when I am around the said family member. I want to document the feelings so that I remember them for later. So here goes nothing.
The first feeling I noted was contempt. How dare this family member act like nothing is different between us and how can this family member even not feel the slightest bit guilty for what they did to me?
The next feeling I felt was fear. What if they do it again? What if I am tempting them to do what they did again?
The next feeling was anxiety. I didn't sleep well, I felt like they could strike at any time and I couldn't be alone with them. I felt like I couldn't relax around them and was nervous constantly.
The worst feeling I had though: I felt like I couldn't be myself. I couldn't be the person I am coming to enjoy and love. That was the worst feeling EVER and it made me SO tired. Putting on a face so that everyone believes you to be happy and enjoying life is HARD! I don't know how people can live double lives... oh wait! I DO! I DO live a double life. I outwardly let people believe that I am happy and that my depression has NOT been kicking my ass for the last month and a half. I have to hide the fact that my anxiety was kicking up like CRAZY all weekend with my entire family being there. I had to pretend that I didn't hear a little voice inside me most of the weekend telling me that it's all my fault. Telling me that I'm the only one who cares. Telling me that no one truly cares about me. They just want to see me happy, they don't want to hear about my depression and my annoyance and my anxiety and my internal struggle.
Sorry, this is such a down and out post, but I needed to get this off my chest. I felt the urge to document this.

   Keep On Being Awesome,
       Cass

Weekly Rundown 8.12-18.17

This week has been a really busy week and will hopefully slow down next week. For now, let's get to this week's run down.

Saturday, I was called into work and ended working from four PM until almost midnight. Otherwise, the day was uneventful.
Sunday, I went to church in the morning, came home and took a nap, then at three PM started my prep for my colonoscopy on Monday. Let me tell you prepping for a colonoscopy (for those of you who don't know) is a pain in the anus... literally. I spent the next few hours going to the bathroom every five minutes or so until my colon was finally cleared out so they could shove a camera inside it. The prep is honestly the WORST part of the colonoscopy. That night I was worried to go to bed upstairs so I brought my main stuff downstairs and slept on the couch.
Monday, I woke up and shortly thereafter left to go to start my journey to the Buffalo Surgery Center where I would have my colonoscopy. First, we stopped at where my dad was working in Silver Creek and dropped off our neighbor so he could work with dad. Then we made our way up to Hamburg on the I-90 and went to Hobby Lobby near the mall. It was about this time that I got so tired and couldn't keep my eyes open so I took a nap until we arrived the surgery center about 10 minutes before my colonoscopy time. We went in and they took me in shortly thereafter, wasting no time. They took me down a hall and into a small prep area where they got my name and told me I had to give a urine sample. *gr face* I honestly HATE giving urine samples. They are my arch nemesis and it takes me FOREVER to give one usually. Thankfully this time it only took about ten minutes, then I got into my ultra stylish and comfy dark blue gown, and went back to the prep room. The nurse then stuck an IV in my hand and here was where the hurry up and wait game started. Then they moved me into the room where the procedure would take place and we waited some more, and finally, they put the anesthesia into the IV and I went to sleep. Sometime later, I woke up while they were still doing the procedure, saw the screen was pink and went back to sleep. The next thing I remember was talking to the doctor and him telling me that it went well, and I only have IBS and not IBD. The next thing I remember was being in the car. I don't remember putting my clothes on (which the nurse helped me with) I don't remember sitting in the wheelchair heading to the car, I don't remember getting in the car. All I remember is being in the car and leaving... and asking mom for some corn chips. LOL Then after I got those in my system, I wanted something a little more substantial and mom took me to McDonald's. We then went to Walmart and then went home where I napped hard and then woke up, ate, and promptly went back to sleep in my own bed.
Tuesday, I woke up, ate, went and picked up my paycheck. Then I went to Dunkirk with my mom where I bought dad's birthday present and then went to Walmart and bought a couple of things I needed. Then, I went home, spent a few minutes with my dogs, and went to work. Work was uneventful but quite busy. Then I went home and went to bed.
Wednesday, I worked with a different coworker than I was used to and she was in a hurry all night to leave even though we had hardly anything done on our stuff list. Then the other coworker wanted to leave too even though both of them had been there after I got there. I ended up staying until almost ten-thirty to make sure everything was done before I left. Then, I came home and crashed.
Yesterday, I went to church in the morning like I usually do, and then came home to my sister being here. We then dyed my hair (which is now a wizardly silver color) and then prepared for our guests to come in (which they did) and then enjoyed the time with our guests (my Aunt and cousin).
Today is going to be a crazy day. I have already woke up and spent some time with my cousin, we went and decorated the church for my grandparent's fiftieth wedding anniversary party on Saturday. Now, we are preparing for Dad's birthday party later where everyone is coming over, *rolls eyes* and it's going to be so much fun. *sarcastic*
Anyway, thank you for reading and I hope you had a good time and a better week than I did.

Update

So, today I have a colonoscopy, and by the time you're reading this will either be done or I'm in the middle of it. That's a thing. Also I've been getting headaches from my neck, so that hasn't been a good combination with my inability to take Ibuprofen. Also, I've been tryin to write and I still have to pay Microsoft. So, I have been doing more working on Bell and ideas for her.  Sorry for the lack of interestingness in this post, but I haven't been doing well this week and have been feeling really sick.

Life Update 8.11.17

This week wasn't too bad. But it was... interesting to say the least.

Saturday: I went to work at four and got asked to close (which we close at midnight), and my mom got mad at me about that.
Sunday, I did my usual go to church in the morning, come home, nap all afternoon, and then went to church at night. Unlike last week though, the night service was abbreviated because we were all going to viewing hours for a man in our church who recently died of cancer. Then afterward some of snuck over to the nearby ice cream shop and had some ice cream. It was awesome.
Monday, my cousin Kim and I went over to her pool and painted inside the pool house. We also had a nice long conversation. Which we don't get to do very often. Then I came home and crashed for a couple hours, but when I woke up my IBS had flared up, so I wasn't feeling well the rest of the day.
Tuesday,  I was in pain from IBS and a headache all day. Mom actually let me sleep most of the day until I had to go to work. Then, I went to work grabbed my paycheck, put it in the bank, then got drinks and went back to work. I worked pretty well and then went home and crashed pretty hard.
Wednesday, I was feeling a little better but I quickly down hill after I had a piece of pizza from the gas station, and I had a nasty bout of diarrhea and it was terrible. So I didn't have a very productive night at work, but I came home and then crashed.
Thursday, I felt much better and went to morning Bible Study. Then came home, had a productive afternoon, and went back to church later for night Bible Study. Then I went home and crashed.
Today, I went to counseling already, and intent to go out later today with my sister, but we'll see what happens.

     Keep on Being Awesome,
             Cass

Writing Update

Hello. So, Lucy is still not going too well, and I need to figure out what to do with Bell. She's gotten about as far as I can go without knowing where I really want to go with it. AND I've been thinking about Tequila lately and kind of want to change her story and how that goes. In conclusion, my author brain has been going all sorts of crazy and I'm not sure what I want to write first. Oi vay!

Life Update 8.4.17

So, life has been a little bit of nothing most of this week. On Saturday, I went to work and after some craziness with my aunt everything was perfectly normal and fine.
On Sunday, I went to church, came home, took a nap, and went back to church with dad which was nice.
On Monday, me and mom had a happy day. We went over to the mall and got Starbucks. It was nice.
On Tuesday, I went and picked up my paycheck then came into work and worked my usual shift. Which wasn't too bad. It was kind of nice.
On Wednesday, I woke up so tired that I couldn't keep my eyes open. And took a nap between eating breakfast and leaving for work. When I got to work everything was fine, I got some blue cheese done, then did the slicing, and then shit hit the fan. One of the girls that I don't exactly like came in feeling "sick" so my aunt told her that after we weren't busy any more she could go home but she ended up leaving shortly after my aunt did saying that "I'm not dealing with this bull shit". So yeah... I ended up finishing the pizza table after I did the slicing. So, it was a long night.
Yesterday, I didn't have to work so I was able to relax and went out with mom to Randolph to get some lunch. :)
Today, I just took my baby girl to the doctor to check up on her spot and now we are going to get something to drink and probably go home. Where I intend to get some stuff done today.

   Keep on Being Awesome,

Writing Update

Well... It finally happened. Bell Mort convinced me to start writing her story. Now, I know Lucy isn't done yet, but that's how most of my stories have worked out. I started writing a different one and the one I was currently working on wants to move again. So, I figured if I start Bell than Lucy will want to finish and it's a win-win situation. LOL, I sure hope so.

Life Update 7.28.17

So this week hasn't been too crazy but I have made some major progress in how my new room looks.
Monday, I went to an appointment that I was supposed to go to on Tuesday. *faceplam* but they were nice enough to get me in that day instead of making me come back the next day. Then I went home and got a text asking if I'd work that night instead of Thursday night. I agreed (naturally) and then went into work. But they didn't have the stuff I was supposed to slice yet so I did a few things and waited in the car until the stuff got there. Once it FINALLY arrived, I got it sliced up and went home.
Tuesday, I spent most of the day at home then went into work, got my paycheck, put it in the bank, then came back to work and sliced everything I had to slice.
Wednesday, I woke up to poop all over my floor and poor Mickey looking for another spot to poop. Poor thing had diarrhea and there was blood in it. So, mom and I took the poor baby to the vet, and then I hurried into work. At work the day shift went well and I got some cheese sliced. The night shift was a WHOLE NOTHER STORY. The one coworker that really annoys me was there and she wouldn't quit bickering with anyone and everyone. So, I managed to get all 6 boxes of cheese sliced that day (because I was mad) and then sliced the lettuce and went home.
Yesterday, I went to Bible Study in the morning, then came home and got all the boxes unpacked and rearranged that were in my room. Then, I took my meds way too early and crashed at about 9:30pm.
Needless to say I woke up early this morning, (which I needed to do anyways) and went and got my hair cut. Which made me very happy. :) Now, I am probably going to post this and go do some more work in my room. (YAY!)

Life Update 7.21.17

Okay. So this week was definitely less hectic than last week but it was still pretty full.
Monday, I spent the day  picking up my old room and taking the last of it to the new house.
Tuesday, I spent most of the day relaxing then I went and picked up my paycheck and went to work.
Wednesday, I relaxed for the morning then went to work and had a glorious time keeping up with my empathic abilities. Which were going haywire due to the fire across from where I work the night before.
Yesterday, I went to Bible study in the morning then went home, picked up Simi and took her to the vet for a bump on her side that we noticed on Tuesday night. Then I took her home, fed her her pills with a piece of Zucchini bread, and hurried off to work.
Today, I went tho counseling in the morning, and am going to work later today.

   Keep on Being Awesome,
       Cass.

Lucy Update

So, Lucy has been going fairly well lately, and I am finally on to chapter 11! AH! It's been so nice lately to be able to write when I am feeling stressed.
Which has been happening a lot lately, so yeah. That's been happening and I got nothing else to say... wow... this is awkward.

Life Update 7.14.17

So this week is all about me packing and getting my stuff over to the new house before Saturday which is when we will officially start living over there. YAY!
Sunday I spent the day relaxing at home which was nice and calming. Monday, I spent the day packing and taking things over to the new house, plus I went through some things that desperately needed to be gone through. And I pitched some more things, as well as packed up my stand where all my crystals usually go.
Tuesday, I went over to the new house with yet another load of stuff from my room, then I went to get my paycheck, put it in the bank, and came home to relax until work.
Wednesday, I had an interesting day. I relaxed for a little while and then went over to work.
Yesterday, I packed and then went to pick up my car from the shop because it desperately needed to be fixed. Today, I am taking stuff over to the house on and off all day, and we are getting our Hughs Net over at the new house today, so I kind of have to be there by five. AH!!! So, we are officially moved into the new house tomorrow, so I kind of have a lot to do. :( OH! And to top everything off my left heel hurts to go up and down stairs. *Sigh* Will this nightmare ever end?

  Keep Being Awesome,

Writing/ Mental health update

Surprising my mental health hasn't been too bad this week. I actually had a psyche appointment on Thursday and it went very well. I even got into Jamestown way early so I got to dip my feet into the lake. It was GREAT!

Lucy is actually doing really well, and I have been writing quite a bit more than I have the passed few weeks, and I can say that after a cute interaction between Kris, Lucy and Sab the chapter will be COMPLETE!!!! Yay!!!

Life Update 7.7.17

This week was relatively calm and nice. Saturday, I spent most of the day at home enjoying myself, and then I went to work for a few hours and came home earlier than normal. Sunday, we went to church, then went out to lunch, went over to the new house where mom and I cleaned some windows and dad installed a couple of new outlets and switches for ceiling fan/lights. Then we went back to church and had ice cream after to celebrate my mom's birthday/ Zach's birthday (a boy at our church). Then we came home and relaxed.
Monday was actually mom's birthday, and I already had gotten her present so I don't have to worry about that one lol.We went out to Red Lobster for dinner before going to Home Depot for some stuff.
Tuesday which was Independence Day in the US, and we went over to the house and got some of the painting done.
Wednesday, because of all the work I did on Tuesday, I let myself sleep in until 11. Then I started a vlog, and shortly thereafter went to work to pick up my paycheck, deposited it into the bank, and then sat in the parking lot at work for a little while before going in. After work, I went and put gas in my car, and then came home to spend some time with my puppies because Heaven knows they need time with their mama. While I was spending time with them, I got caught up on my YouTube videos and did some writing. (Which we all know I don't do enough of these days.)
Yesterday, I went to church in the morning, then went to my Psychiatric appointment, and later went to work.
Today we are at the new house painting and getting things ready in my new room so I can start packing more and bringing more stuff in. Which is great because I still have a LOT to pack, and I mean a LOT.

  Keep on Being Awesome,
      Cass

Lucy Update

First of all, Sorry that I have failed to update you on Lucy in about two weeks. But I have been a little busy these passed couple weeks with moving and getting things packed up to move. *sigh* It's a long and tedious process.
Also, there hasn't actually been a lot of time to write because of said packing and moving so I haven't gotten very far in either Lucy or any other writing. *smh*
It's honestly really annoying and I really want to take more time to sit and write which I intend to start doing soon.

  Thanks for your Patience,

Life Update 6.30.17

So this week has been filled with abdominal pain and anxiety, but shall we take it from the top.
Saturday last week I went to work and had a loveley time, (As always.) and then came home to relax.
Sunday, I spent the day going to church and then I came home and relaxed before going back to church.
Monday, I went to a counseling appointment which is always a relaxing time. Then I went with my mom over to the new house where we helped the older couple who own the house get all their stuff packed up and took it down to their new house in Coudersport, PA which is about a two hour drive. As you can imagine this cured my wanderlust for a while and I no longer want to take a long drive anywhere.
Tuesday, I went to pick up my paycheck and then went to work which was a good time, except for dropping a box of cheese (about 50lbs) on my foot. (And yes, it still hurts today)
Wednesday, I stayed home most of the day and then went to work again. (Seeing a pattern yet)
Yesterday, I went to morning Bible study, came home, relaxed for a little while, then went to work again.
Today we went out to get our hair cut (mine and mom's) then we went to see dad and went to Home Depot, then we went out to my GI appointment in Orchard Park. Then we took a load over to the house and came home to rest. Which is where I now sit. Relaxing on the couch and trying to get my dogs to do the same. Which is a feat because we took them over to the house and now they're all riled up. *sigh* Just one of the fun things I deal with with being a dog owner. Oh yeah! We also went shopping for my dog's food and we saw some cute ferrets while we were there. *squee* They were so adorable and reminded me of little versions of my dogs. :)
So that about sums up my week. Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed it.

   Keep Being Awesome,
      Cass

Life Update 6.23.17

Sorry, I forgot to update you guys last week, but I went shopping with my family and then I had to go to work, so I had a very busy day and had no time to blog.
Anywho, last week was crazy busy all week, and this week has been very slow in comparison. I spent Monday morning at work, worked Tuesday, got off Wednesday, worked last night, and am off today. So it has been a nice slower week. Hopefully my IBS-D will let up enough that I can vlog again in the near future, but as for right now I haven't vlogged in a little while. :(
So that's been my weekly update.

  Keep on being Awesome,

Update on Lucy

Lucy has been going fairly slow lately and I'm trying to work with her best I can, but she's getting annoyed with Bell Mort and thus won't talk to me. *sigh* that's basically all that's going on with Lucy. I'm going to try and get more writing done today, and I'm thinking about doing some story snippets on here.

   Keep Being Awesome,

Story Update

So, this is what's up. Lucy is being a little stubborn and won't share any more of her story until I finish putting on the computer what she's already told me, and Bell won't shut up about Lucy being stubborn and wants me to quit and write her story instead. Thus is the situation going on inside my head currently. It's been driving me a little batty if you can understand that. Also, I am still trying to quit caffeine and have been a lot more tired during the day still due to my depression being a pain in my butt and work demanding more out of me than usual. SO, I haven't been able to do a whole lot of progress on putting Lucy on the computer. That's the update so far. I'll let you know how this week goes next week.

   Keep on being awesome,
   Cass

Life Update 6.9.17

So this week has been very typical for me. Saturday, I went to work which was its usual annoying self. Then Sunday, I went to church and then was later called into work because my cousin was throwing up sick. Then Monday, I did nothing but relax... yeah right! I had abdominal cramping all weekend so instead of spend time at home on Monday, I went to the doctor who had me pee in a cup and then go get blood work done. We are thinking that the problem is IBS but we are not 100% sure.
Tuesday, I went to work like any normal day and got a break from the slicer which was nice. Wednesday, I came home with a headache because I am trying to quit caffeine. Thursday, was a fine day. I went to Church in the morning, and then I went to work at night. Then when I came home from work I was so tired and so upset. But that's another story.
Today had been going well until I was doing the dishes and a knife bit me. :( Then I got nervous because it wouldn't stop bleeding and so I called my mom to come over and she butterfied it for me and we got her all fixed up. But while I was bleeding I got lightheaded, so I am home trying to rest and relax. lol

    Keep on Being Awesome,

Update on Lucy

So, because I don't have a character summary for you, I decided I would just let you know how my latest book was doing. First Born Lucy, which I am working on right now, is doing really well. I am on chapter 10 and still going well. I'm actually working on it as we speak. So, just wanted to post this cute update, and I'll maybe post more about it next week.

Life Update 6.2.17

This week was quite the interesting week. Saturday, I went to work at three. Not the most exciting day. Sunday I went to church in the morning, then we went out for lunch, went home to take a nap, and then I went to work.
While I was at work, my cousin texted me and asked if I wanted to come to her boyfriend's gig after work. After texting mom and debating about it, I was let out early and decided to go. It was a lot of fun and I would love to go again sometime.
Monday was Memorial Day here in the USA and it was a relaxing day where I just hung out at home for a while, outside tanning in the sun. Then I and my mom went out for the first Ice Cream of the season. It was cake batter flavored soft serve and was delicious.
Tuesday, I spent most of the day at home and then went to work, which was pretty boring.
Wednesday, I went to a doctor's appointment for my wrist which has been bugging me since last Tuesday. :( They sent me for x-rays and thank God it wasn't broken, but it still hurts a lot. Then I went to work, picked up my paycheck, put it in the bank, went home, picked up my stuff and went back to work where I spent the remainder of my day.
Yesterday, I went to church in the morning, then went out to lunch with my mother, then came home and relaxed until I went to work where I spent a lot of my evening.
Today, I am going to get my hair done and then make some visits with a lady from church, and also we are going out to lunch, which should be a lot of fun.
Well, that's my week, in a nutshell, thanks for reading.

   Keep on being awesome,
       Cass

Life Update 5.26.17

So this week was not at all what I anticipated it would be. First, on Sunday I worked at four and then went home and crashed. Monday I worked for all of two and a half hours and then went home and relaxed. Tuesday, I went and picked up my paycheck, took my sister out, then went back to work for a good few hours, then went home and crashed.
Wednesday, I spent the day at home catching up on a few things that had to be done. Yesterday, I went to morning Bible study, came home and took a nap. Then I went out to see the new Pirates of the Caribbean with my sister and her best friend Hannah. It was honestly a great movie and I enjoyed just about every minute of it. If you get the chance you should definitely go and see it.
So that about sums up my week. If you're reading this, I hope you've had a good week and have a great week coming up.

   Keep on Being Awesome,

Lucifer Character Summary

This is the first post I've ever really posted about one of my OCs from a long time ago. Hope you enjoy.

  Name: Lucifer Noel Ptah

  Age: N/A

  Hair Color: Blonde

  Eye Color: Blue

 Species: Light Spirit

Birthplace: The City of Fire and Spirit

 Personality: INTJ-A

Tattoos and Scars: None to speak of

Short Bio: Lucifer had a rough start in life with several health issues including being mute and deaf in his right ear until he was nine years old when he miraculously grew out of them. He always loves his family especially his twin sister Zeldya and does his best to protect them, even though he is only a whopping four-feet eleven-inches tall. He has spent all his life short and does not enjoy it. But don't think he was picked on for it. The first bully to do it was in for a huge surprise when he found out the hard way that Lucifer is a black belt in Ninjitsu and kicked his ass in front of all his friends.
Needless to say, Lucifer is a short badass and doesn't hesitate to tell people how it is. Mess with his twin sister though, and you won't live to tell the tale.

Life Update 5.19.17

Okay so this week wasn't quite as busy as last week, but it was still a lot to do. Sunday was mother's day and we had everybody over to the house. I went into work only to find out they didn't need me and they sent me home.
Monday, I did nothing all day which was a welcome pace compared to the days leading up to it.
Tuesday I went and got my paycheck, paid my bill of the week and then went to counseling before then heading to work. It was a crazy day of driving but I got it all done and had a good talk with my counselor about being present.
Wednesday, I spent the morning at home and then went to work, which was a little bit of a crazy shit show because someone called in an hour after they were supposed to be there so we were a person short all night long, and I had to stay longer because of it.
Yesterday, I woke up, went to morning prayer meeting with my parents and then we went out to lunch with my sister and grandparents. Then I went to work and had another long and hot night there.
Today, I am doing nothing but catching up on stuff here at the house and relaxing. Which is definitely a much-needed thing because rushing all the time is not good for anyone.
So, that was my week I hope you all have had a good week and remember: You can only be in one place at one time so try to be more present and in that moment.

    Keep Being Awesome,
       Cass

Life Update 5.12.17

This week has been even more hectic than I expected it to be. It started with the fact that we had missions conference going on at church from Sunday to Wednesday. Sure I could only make two days due to work, but that still made the week a little hectic.
Secondly, I woke up with a stomach ache Sunday morning, which was coupled with diarrhea which I figuered was just the stomach infection returning. I was VERY wrong. I went to church that morning acting like everything was fine, and then just before the preaching I felt like I was definitely going to toss my cookies. Let me tell you, tossing my cookies at church in the hallway not two feet from the bathrooms was NOT my idea of fun. After that my mom took me home and I spent the rest of the day at home on the couch, dying a slow and painful death.
Monday was much better though I was leery about eating a whole lot. My sister ended up taking me to my Psychiatric appointment and then we went out to eat at Sakura. Then we proceeded to get stuck in the parking lot at the mall because my sister's car wouldn't start and when we called mom she reminded me that I have AAA and totally forgot about it. Thankfully they came and rescued us and we were on our way to church where we spent the rest of the day.
So, Tuesday I went to work like normal and had a good night at work other than almost nobody wanting to be there and making my life a little more difficult.
Then Wednesday I went to work and it was a LOT of negative energy that made me so crazy that I had a little fit in the walk-in. It was not a good time.
Last night instead of church, I ended up working again because I was asked to, and it was another shit-fest. Needless to say, I am not looking forward to working the next three days, (including tonight) but it should be a great paycheck next week.

   Keep on Being awesome,

    CASS

  Species: Shadow Spirit

She lives in an apartment in downtown San Diego where she works as a secretary for a high ranking business man. She enjoys being around people and does it every chance she gets. She chooses to ignore her powers and her siblings trying her best to seem as normal as possible.

Life Update 5.4.17

So, this week was all kinds of crazy both at work and at home.

First, I went to the back doctor on Monday and the good news is my spine probably isn't causing my problem. The bad news is they want me to see a massage therapist because they believe it's a muscular issue. Unfortunately, going to a massage therapist is $40 for a half hour, and that can get expensive if I am doing it more than once a week. So basically I need to figure out what I'm going to do about that.
Second, I have worked Monday night, Tuesday night, and Wednesday night, all for more than 4 hours a night. So, I am extremely tired and definitely ready to just crash all day today, but it's not going to happen since mom is having a party tomorrow and -like always- she has decided to wait until last minute to clean up the house for it.  Which makes today and tomorrow very stressful for me.
Third, it's been raining most of the week so my mental health has been lacking and making me feel all tired and groggy most of the week. Thus, I've not been having a very good week.

That's all that has been going on in my life this week. Thank you all for reading and keep being awesome.

Life Update 4.28.17

Hi all! This week was a little crazy I worked Tuesday-Thursday, I went to Bible Study Thursday morning and spent some time with my sister before I went to work. I spent most of today out and getting things for my appointment on Monday, then came home and rested. So, yeah. Tomorrow I go to work, and I've already worked over fifteen hours this week. Ah! Crazy right? Also, I know I try not to complain on here, but I've been having a lot of issues with my neck and trying to keep comfortable with all this work I'm doing. I found today, through a report that they gave me with my MRI disc, that I have some stenosis in my neck which may or may not be causing my pain. Wednesday, I actually was fighting a headache all day and it got to the point that I was nauseous. To tell you the hospnest truth I am nauseous now while I'm writing this. So I'm going to go for now. I'll update you more next week.

Bell Mort Summary

So, I told you I was done with that last family for a while... oops! I totally missed one. The youngest sister Bell Mort.

 Name: Bell Mort

  Age: 16

  Hair color: Dark brown

 Eye color: Green

  Species: Omnicubus/ Shadow

  Birthplace: The Womb

 Personality: ESTJ-A

  Tattoos and Scars: None

Short Bio: Bell is the youngest child of Juliana and Mephistopheles. She has more of her maternal grandfather's (Beelzabub) powers than any of her other siblings, though no one knows how. She enjoys traveling through time mostly to the dark ages and messing with superstitious people, as well as religious people, but she does use her ability to do see and change things that she shouldn't.
When she isn't time traveling she lives with Alec and his roommate in NYC. She enjoys it there, but prefers to be in a simpler, more confusing time.

Life Update 4.21.17

This week has been a whirlwind, especially since I got sick over the weekend, but I will try and recap as much as possible.
Sunday was our program and it went well again, then I spent most of my day at my Nana's house attempting to blow my brains out through my nose. Which was a fun time, let me tell you.
Monday, it got worse so I made myself a dr appointment and turns out it's just a nasty sinus infection that was too legit to quit. Now I have some meds and it seems to be getting better though.
Tuesday, I spent most of the day at home because I was trying to get my strength up for work that night. Then I went to work, and came home.
Wednesday, I went to work and that was pretty much it.
Yesterday I spent most of the day waiting on a text from my cousin so I knew if I had to work last night. But while I was waiting I went to morning Bible Study, then went out with my grandparents and some of the people from the Bible Study. It was a nice time of fellowship, and while we were there my cousin text me and told me I didn't have to work. So, once my grandparents took me back to my car, I went home did the dishes and then went back to Bible study with my mom and sister. It was a crazy day, and not one I will probably do again. Lol

So, that was my week. I almost forgot I had to post today but then I saw it on my Facebook page and remmebered that I had to post today. Lol So here it is. My mood has been somewhat depressed all week, but that's mostly due to this stupid sinus infection. Hopefully it'll be gone by next week.

 Keep on keeping on,

Life Update 4.14.17

So, I had an interesting week... NOT Monday, I spent the day lounging about the house, then took the dogs for a walk, and did the dishes while waiting for the little girl my mom watches to show up.
Tuesday, I got up a little later, got my paycheck and then went to work later in the day.Wednesday, I took Mickey to the groomer in the morning, took him home and then spent quite a few hours at work.
Thursday, I spent the day at home resting most of the day, and then went to Bible study at night.
And today we had our program at church which I feel went extremely well considering the time and effort put into it in only a short amount of time. Our next run is Sunday, which will hopefully go even better than today's run.
After the program I went grocery shopping with my sister (and fellow writer) which went even better than I hoped. Mostly because my headache went away and my neck stopped bothering me, because I always have a good time with my sister. She's awesome and so sweet.

So, that's my week. Hope your's was amazing as well and Happy Easter on Sunday to those that celebrate it.

Shadow Character Summary

This is a story I'm going to be working on as soon as I finish Lucy. Lol

 Name: Shadow Le Shadow

 Age: 21

 Hair Color: Black

 Eye Color: Medium Blue

 Species: Shadow Spirit

 Birthplace: LA

 Personality: INTJ - A

Tattoos and Scars: She has a tattoo of a skull and crossbones at the top of her spine and she has a scar across her right cheek from an accident where she made a Grimm Reaper mad.

Short Bio: Shadow became the leader of the Shadow Realm or as she calls it: Lashka Nòke. She is also the head of the Grimm Reapers who also give her a hard time because she is a woman and so young. She has a weak spot for her little sister Bella Morte who seems like she enjoys being in the Shadow Realm even though their mother would rather she try and be normal. Shadow almost always can be found in the Shadow realm except on weekends when she runs away to only Death knows where, and he won't give that up for anything. She and Death have a low-key relationship, but if you ask either of them they'll tell you that it doesn't exist.

(Sorry I didn't get this out yesterday. I totally forgot. I need to start setting reminders on my phone. Lol) 😅

Life Update 4.8.17

Maybe I should start doing these once a month instead of once a week. A lot has happened though and I can't remember it all, but I will give you the highlights.
First of all, I had an infection in my abdomen for almost a week which was murder on my mood and spirits.
Then I hadn't seen my counselor in over a month, but I saw her this passed Wednesday and it was definitely the breath of fresh air I needed.
Today though, was a good day. I spent the day collaborating and doing a render with my sister, and it was fun. We went out to eat, then out for ice cream, and went to walmart. Oh! And in the middle of these weeks my mom and sister went to hobby camp for Wed-Sat for two weeks, so me and dad got to have some quality time including going to the library, which I hadn't done in years, but I was really glad I did.

Those are the only fun things that have really happened to me these passed few weeks. Hope you enjoyed reading my boring blog post. Hopefully I will remember to post a new Character summary on Monday. It will be a good one. Moving on to a different family, sort of. ;)

Kyle Character Summary

I decided to give you a more minor character bio because he is in Alice and Lucy, so I figured why not?

 Name: Kyle (no last name)

 Age: Unknown

 Hair color: blond

  Eye color: Brown

  Species: Incubus

  Birthplace: The Womb

  Personality: ESTJ- A

Tattoos and Scars: He has a few emotional scars, and a rose tattoo on his shoulder that he got to make himself appear more human

  Short Bio:
Kyle is one of the few Incubus who isn't a total jerk. He's around the same age as Juliana and was one of the first people who was nice to her in the Womb. After Several years Kyle decided to get a job as a bank security guard to help him blend in with the humans more and thus make it easier to converse with them and reel them in. He and Meph were never good friends, but bet on things from time to time. He actually got into trouble with Juliana's niece Shadow by taking her virginity on a bet. She now hate's Kyle and can't stand him.

So there you have it. My first minor character Bio.
