Weekly Log 12.29.17~1.4.18

Well, since this year is coming to a close we'll see how this week decides to treat me.

Friday, I woke up with a headache which wasn't fun, but at least it wasn't a migraine so I was able to get over it shortly after I went to work. Anyways, I drove to South Dayton and then all the way over to the Reservation with my aforementioned headache, and then drove home and relaxed for about 45 minutes before heading to work. Work in itself wasn't too bad. The beginning was a little bit of a cluster storm but after that, it went much smoother than I could have hoped for. Then I went home, uploaded my vlog and crashed.

Saturday, I was supposed to get a haircut, but the weather was too bad in the morning, so I stayed home and slept in until just before noon when I received a text from my cousin/boss asking me to come in at three. Which was fine with me. So, I went in to work at three and stayed there working until about eleven. Then I took some food to my Aunt (because her kids were assholes and wouldn't take it), and came home to upload the vlog and crash.

Sunday, was the last day of 2017. I woke up early like I usually do, took a shower, ate breakfast, and went off to church. Church went normally, and afterward, we had dinner downstairs followed by a little Bible study. Then I went and picked up drinks at the store and went home to relax for only 20 minutes before I had to lit off to work. Work was... horribly busy and we ran out of a lot of things and some of our coworkers were more than annoying. So it was practically a night from Hell and I don't really want to repeat it. Anyways, after that, I went home, uploaded the vlog and relaxed for the rest of the night.

Monday, I woke up late and relaxed until dad came home. Then we left and went to Walmart, then went to Nana's house and hang out for a while. Then we left after supper and had a great night watching NCIS before we went to bed.

Tuesday, I woke up at my usual time, then took the dogs out, ate breakfast, meditated took a shower and that's about where my productive day ended. I sat down to let the water get warm again after my shower and upload my vlog, and I fell asleep... for TWO hours. Then I woke up and went to work. After work, I came home, ended the vlog and went to sleep.

Wednesday, I woke up at my normal time, took the dogs out, ate breakfast, and (finally) did the dishes that have been piling up for days. Then I rested for about half an hour and went to work. Work was... normal for Wednesday, but that means it SUCKED. I had a rough night, and then came home to rest, upload my vlog and go to bed.

Thursday, I woke up early took a shower, then I went out to my nerve test in Hamburg. Then we went to Starbucks before going out to Mom's appointment with the TMJ specialist. Then we went to JoAnn Fabrics to pick up a couple things that mom needed, and then we went to Walmart to pick up some things that both of us needed. After we got out of Walmart, I called the work and found out my check was at work. So, we headed home via Gowanda then we went through South Dayton so that mom could pick up her prescription. Then we went home and after resting for a couple of hours, the pastor of the church I go to text mom and told us there was no service that night. So, we stayed home and watched the last bit of our NCIS DVDs.

Thank you for reading and I hope you had a good week,

My Thoughts on the New Year

So, the day you are reading this it's the First day of 2018. Congratulations! You made it through another trip around the sun. Which should be a happy occasion, but for me as an Empath, life is a little chaotic emotionally still. The new year brings its new hopes, new dreams, and of course the ever annoying new disappointments and let-downs. Which is very emotionally exhausting to think about for someone like me who tends to overthink EVERY LITTLE DETAIL. So, just because it is a very exhausting time doesn't mean I have to sit around moping and wallowing in self-pity. So, I am attempting to get more organized and try to self-care more in 2018. I have a bullet journal and I am definitely going to start adding more things like "exercise" and "drink more water". These are just some of the little things I am going to start doing to make my life a little better.
I hope you make some healthier choices in the new year.

Weekly Log 12.22.17~12.28.17

Well, this week was off to a rough start. Friday, I woke up kind of early which was nice. Then I ate breakfast, made my bed, got dressed, changed the countdown on my door and then did the dishes. After the dishes (which made my foot hurt SUPER bad), I took a nap and then headed off to get drinks before going to work. Work actually went fairly well other than me wanting to chop my foot off with a knife.  After that, I came home, uploaded my vlog and went to bed.

Saturday, I spent most of the day resting my foot, but as I put my boot on I strained my foot, hurting it worse so I hurt myself. Work was AWFUL! My foot hurt so bad that I was seeing stars and I left early to go to the ER to get it re-looked at. (It was fine, but it still hurts) Then I came home, uploaded my vlog and went to bed.

Sunday was a frigging crazy day. I woke up and took a shower like I usually do, but this is where the similarities end. First, I walked out the door to drive myself to church. Then, I got to church and realized I forgot my breakfast so I ate some popcorn that I bought yesterday that was in my car. Then, I did my usual church thing. Then, I left church a little early to go to work. I worked for about 5.5 hours and then came home and crashed.

Monday, was Christmas, and first, I woke up, got dressed, ate breakfast, and then we opened presents at home. Then, we got everything packed up and went to Nana's house where we spent the day opening presents, eating some amazing food that my Nana made, and talking a lot. Basically having a very nostalgic Christmas. It was good. Then, we came home, watched a Christmas movie that was totally predictable and totally mushy. Then, I uploaded the vlog and crashed.

Tuesday, I stayed home all day until work since the weather was crappy. Then I went to work, worked for a while, and then came home and crashed.

Wednesday, I woke up a little late, came downstairs, and relaxed until I had to leave for work at about 2:15pm. I got to work, picked up my paycheck, then headed off to the bank. While I was at work picking up my check my aunt asked me if I could pick up coffee for her at Tim Hortons. So, I went to the bank, deposited my check, went to Tim Hortons, then came back to work. By the time I got back the phone was ringing off the hook and the frigging shoved me in the pizza room. Then after my other coworkers arrived I was smashed on to the fryer station with no clue what was going on and a little bit of animosity towards my aunt. (Actually, she was driving me to drink... almost literally.) Then I suffered on the fryer station all damn night and my aunt drove me crazy until around 7pm when she finally left and I could feel like an adult again. Basically, I was NOT able to leave until just after 11pm (3p-11p shift), then I came home and crashed HARD, but not actually falling asleep until after 1a.

Thursday, was definitely a better day. I woke up at 9a to text my mom and tell her that I wasn't going to morning Bible Study, then went back to sleep until 11a. Then I woke up, went to the bathroom, took the dogs out, and ate breakfast. Then, I went upstairs, folded the clothes in my basket, gathered up the clothes on my floor, and took them downstairs. Then I did my laundry and rested all day. Then I went to Bible Study with mom and dad. Then we went to CVS to get dad some Nyquil because he's feeling a little under the weather. Then we came home, I uploaded the vlog from Wednesday and went to bed.

Thank you for reading this, I hope you enjoy reading about my weeks and my struggles. I am hoping that by typing these things out that someone will get something out of it.

   Keep on Being Awesome,
     Cass

Weekly Log 12.16.17~12.21.17

Okay, this week got off to a GREAT start.

Saturday, I woke up a little early took the dogs out got breakfast and took a nap until 12:30p when I got woken up by mom and she had me go out and warm up the car so we could leave for the concert in Buffalo. Dad came home shortly before 1p and then we headed out to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert which we made it just in time for because the traffic and parking situation were absolutely INSANE. Then after the concert (which was amazing as always), we headed over to our traditional daddy-daughter date dinner place: Red Robin. Then, after dinner, we walked the mall and bought a few Christmas gifts. Then at 9p we left the mall (since it was closing) and headed over to the theater where we had tickets to see the new Star Wars movie, and we waited until 10:15p to go into the movie (which was starting at 10:30). (The Movie was EPIC by the way) We left the movie about 1a and didn't get home until 2a, and I promptly crashed.

Sunday, I did NOT want to wake up. (Since I only got five hours of sleep, this was no surprise) I rolled out of bed at 8:15a took a shower, at breakfast and then scooted off to church. Sunday school was a tiny bit crazier than usual because for some odd reason the kids were wired for sound, and of course, I was still really tired from lack of sleep the night before. After church, we went out to the mall in Lakewood to my FAVORITE Chinese place called Sakura. Then I napped on the hour ride back home before I changed and scooted off to work. Work went surprisingly well considering I came into a station that had barely anything in it, and no wings tubbed either. Basically, if I hadn't had two days off before that I would have been really pissed off at the way the station was left for me. Thankfully, I had a great day the day before and was in good spirits. I did complain about it though to the people who were there the day before and could have prevented that from happening. But, unfortunately, the crew during the day were evil and thus, my night was not as good as it could have been. But it wasn't horrible. I then came home edited and uploaded the vlog from Saturday, and went to bed.

Monday, I woke up a little late and was having a fairly good day until I almost stepped on one of the dogs and slid down 5 stairs, ended up with my foot pinned back underneath me. Once I stopped falling, I could barely walk and after much effort was able to make it to the couch. After waiting for mom for about 30 minutes, I forced myself to try and walk again (thankfully, I was able to) and I went to the bathroom, started my laundry and then took my ass back to the couch to rest and wait for mom. Another 30 minutes later mom came home and took me to urgent care in Gowanda. After a couple of hours and three x-ray pictures, they concluded that my foot was (thankfully) not broken and only bruised. Then we came home, made dinner, rested and generally went to bed.

Tuesday, I woke up feeling like someone had run over my foot with their car, but otherwise was in good spirits. I got dressed, made my bed, went downstairs, ate breakfast and then headed out to my psychiatric appointment with mom. After my appointment, we went to Walmart and then mom took me home while she went to her appointment for the car to get snow tires. After I took the dogs out and ate lunch, I took a nap. Then I went to work which SUCKED HARD because my foot is still messed up from falling on Monday. Then I came home, ended my vlog and crashed.

Wednesday, I woke up late. My foot was still sore, but it appears that the bruise is not getting any worse so that's good. Anyways, I ate breakfast, took a shower, iced my foot and then left the house, headed for work.I first stopped at the store in South Dayton where I picked up my drinks for work. Then I continued on to the gas station so that I could finish filling up my car with gas. Then I went to work for about 7 hours (3pm - 10pm). Then I promptly came home and crashed after icing my foot, taking my meds, and uploading my vlog.

Thursday, I took it easy all day. I basically stayed on the couch and read most of the day. I also took a nap and decorated my little Christmas tree in my room. Then I went to Bible Study with mom and dad, read while they practiced and then came home, uploaded my vlog and went to sleep.

Thank you for reading this. I know this week was kind of boring, but don't worry. Next week is Christmas and then we start the new year the week after. So it will be good times from here on out.

   Keep on being Awesome,

Weekly Rundown 12.9.17~12.14.17

Okay, hopefully, this week won't be as bad as last week.

Saturday, I woke up and had to do about 5 days worth of dishes which were definitely NOT organized, and that totally pissed me off. Then when I tried to catch a break, my AUNT frigging texts me as I am pulling out of the driveway asking if I am on my way yet. I was already pissed off at mom for not helping me with the dishes, now I am dealing with my pissed off aunt as well. Needless to say, it was not a relaxing drive to work that day. Then I got to work and they were busy AF. So I had to jump in and help right away which sent my anxiety through the roof. So that threw off my whole day, and then on top of that two of my coworkers came in at 5 and one coworker never showed up. So, it was a stressful hour or so of my aunt bitching at me for not being there early and bitching about the other coworker not showing up. But after the dinner rush was over (about 8 or so) it was a much easier night, and I was thankfully able to leave just after 11pm. Then I came home, uploaded my vlog and crashed hard.

Sunday, I was woken up a little earlier than normal. Then I took a shower and quickly ate breakfast so I could get ready to go because we had to pick up my sister since her car was still in the shop. Then at church, my sister and I played "In the Bleak Midwinter" for special music during the main service. After church we went to the store in South Dayton, then dropped my sister off at home, then we went home and had Turkey Gravy and biscuits for lunch. Then I went straight to work since they asked me to come in early, which was a BIG mistake on my part. Work was busy as HELL, and I spent the whole time running around like a chicken with my head cut off until after 8 PM. So, needless to say, I was tired when I left at almost 10 PM. So, I went home and crashed.

Monday, I stayed home and looked for my otter box phone case all day while doing laundry, relaxing and doing the dishes. It was a nice and quiet day.

Tuesday, I woke up before 10 AM and then ate breakfast, got ready and headed out towards Derby for counseling. First, we stopped in Gowanda to drop off my car. Second, we went to the bank in Gowanda. Third, we stopped at the gas station so mom could put gas in her car. Fourth, we stopped at Dollar General in Farnam to kill some time. Fifth, we stopped at Family Dollar in Derby, because mom forgot some things that she needed when we stopped at Dollar General. Finally, we stopped at Tim Hortons, also in Derby, to get some lunch. Then I went to counseling. Then mom took me back to work and I got started a little early because why not. Then, when I left work it took forever to get home. Then I uploaded my vlog and crashed.

Wednesday, was a little bit of a shit show. It started when I woke up with a sore abdomen and some diarrhea (which continued throughout the whole damn day). Then it got worse and I got nauseous. Lastly, I went to work and two of my other coworkers were sick. But they couldn't stay all night because they were puking. So, both of them were sent home early and I had to stay until almost close. So, I had an eight-hour shift with diarrhea and a little bit of nausea, and I had to pee a lot. The worst fact about my day: It was snowing all damn day. So, I basically came home and crashed.

Thursday, I spent the day running around like crazy, First, I let myself sleep in and didn't go to morning Bible Study. Then, while I was filling my pills my boss/cousin text me and asked me to work for her that night so that she could go to her son's chorus concert that he just told her about the day before. *sad face* SO, instead of going to practice for my mom's play, I had to go to work. But before that, I had an appointment for the car to get an oil change and a sensor looked at. Then I went shopping for my dad's Christmas present which means I am officially DONE Christmas shopping. Then I went to work for five hours and came home to crash.

Thank you for reading this. I hope you have had a good 6 days and they didn't go as strangely crazy as mine did.

Health Update

I was thinking about what to post today, and I figured I would give you guys a physical health update.

So, my asthma is doing well, and haven't had too many problems with that yet this winter which is nice. My PCOS has been doing very well since I got my IUD put in October before this past October. Then there are my muscles. Most of you probably don't know that I have been having problems with my neck and shoulder, but it has been going on for months. This past month or so it has moved into my opposite shoulder as well as my left side of my collarbone, and up the front of my neck. It is tough because I don't know if the front of my neck and collarbone are actually muscle or if it's something else because nothing and I do mean nothing takes away the pain when it's there. So basically, I've had to suffer with it and deal with it.

That's how my physical health has been lately. Thanks for reading.

Weekly Rundown 12.1.17~12.8.17

This week has not started out on a good note.

Saturday, I had a good day of relaxation, until I went to work... that is when shit hit the fan. First, I had to work with my Aunt, who bitches constantly, and had to come in EARLIER than everyone else, just to deal with her. Then if that wasn't enough to drive me up the wall, my one coworker was a total bitch and left BEFORE me when I had been there an hour earlier than everyone else. If that wasn't bad enough, I was sore all over my shoulders AND I was there for 8 hours straight with no real break. Needless to say, I was a little more than upset and cried all the way home. (No joke) Once I got there, I basically took my medication and crashed... hard.

Sunday, I woke up so tired and feeling rather weak from working so long the night before. But I pressed on and stayed awake (surprisingly) all through church. Then I got home had some leftover pizza for lunch, then crashed for about two hours before heading off to get drinks for work. On the way to work from the reservation where I got my drinks, I got pulled over for following the car in front of me too closely. *eye roll* Anyways, he let me off with a warning, and I only ended up being a little later than usual and not totally late for work. Work then went surprisingly well. It was slow and I was able to get everything done,  plus the pop cooler, by 9:15. Then they (my other two coworkers) let me go just before 9:30 and I came home, took my meds, uploaded my vlog, then crashed for the night.

Monday, I got a lot done at home. First, I woke up before noon (not long before noon, but long enough). I ate breakfast, sat down for maybe 5 minutes, then I went upstairs, got dressed, collected the laundry, and brought it downstairs. Then I started the laundry, did the dishes, and filled my pills. After the dishes were done, I called the Pharmacy, Jamestown Psychiatric, and Community Concern. Then I sat and played Mario Run for the rest of the afternoon. Then I ran with mom to pick up my meds, then ran to get water and drop off the jugs for milk, Then we came home. Shortly after that, dad came home we had dinner and I crashed for the night.

Tuesday, was actually a pretty boring day, minus the fact that my paycheck didn't come in so I had to wait until Wednesday to get it. I basically spent the day resting with my puppies, then I went to work at 3 and spent the night at work filling my station and then I had to slice some produce. Other than that it was a pretty dull day.

Wednesday, I thought I was going to have a pretty chill day, but it turned out life had other plans. I decided to try to sleep in a little, but then my mom woke me up just after 11 AM and asked if I wanted to go shopping. I said yes, and we got ready. Then just after 12 PM we left to go to Walmart, then came back, put the Turkey in the oven, relaxed for a half hour, and then I went to work. Work was a little cray cray. First, my aunt didn't want to leave when she was supposed to. Second, I felt like my abdomen was about to burst from the pain. Third, my one coworker was being a real bitch and was pissing off almost everyone else. *sigh* I'm pretty sure something was wrong with her, but I didn't want to get into it because she is a real drama queen. So, it was slow and I left earlier than normal to put gas in my car, then I came home and crashed.

Thursday, started out a little crazy. First, I didn't want to wake up, so I got up late. Then, I was late getting out the door to head to Bible study so I ended up walking in right as they were about to start. The service went by without interruption, then my sister took a long time getting to me because her car was having trouble and she had to call AAA. Then, after we practiced, AAA still hadn't shown up, and I had to sit and wait for them while her husband (who originally came to help her) went back to work. Then my sister called AAA... they canceled her order because her husband didn't answer ONCE. Needless to say, she was NOT happy with AAA, and she had someone else sent out to her. AAA text me shortly after she got off the phone with them. Then, the driver called me within ten minutes and was there within fifteen. Shortly, thereafter I went to see my sister and waited until she was done with work before I finally got to go home, but it would never be that easy. We left Kennedy, NY and it was dark but not even snowing. We got to Conewango Valley, NY and it was snowing and there was snow on the road. By the time we arrived in South Dayton, NY it was snowing like crazy and there was about an inch of snow on the road! Needless to say (if you know me at all) my anxiety was through the roof all the way home, and it took me at least twice the time it usually does to get home. When I got home, I took an anti-anxiety pill and crashed.

Friday, I had a crazy day. First of all, it was snowing all day, so the trip to work was CRAZY AF and then I had a rougher than usual night at work before coming home and crashing.

Friday, December 1, 2017

Weekly Rundown 11.24.17~12.1.17

This week had a rough beginning with a very clutzy weekend.

Saturday, I messed up by wearing my green scrub pants. That's where it all went wrong. I was on my way upstairs to grab my laundry and try to get it done, but I caught my right big toe on my left pant leg and frigging fell up the stairs, which wrenched my bad shoulder (right) and hit my left knee on the stairs. That was so much fun. NOT! Then I proceeded to go upstairs and grab my laundry. Then I did my laundry and went to work, where I was in the middle of a rush and underestimated how close the door was and slammed it on my left temple. Yeah, not a fun night for me. So then I go home, finish the vlog, and go to bed without incident.

Sunday, I woke up a little earlier and played on my phone until it was time to go downstairs. I go downstairs, take a shower, eat breakfast and head out to church without incident. We have company after church, so I go home and have lunch with them and don't get my customary Sunday afternoon nap, which makes me a little more irritable besides the fact that I have to go in early because a coworker's mom is in the hospital. So while I'm at work THIS TIME I am walking out of our walk-in refrigerator and it comes back too early and smacks good and hard into my funny bone. Then, while I'm trying to pull pop out of the tray to fill the pop cooler, I smack my hand into another full tray of pop, hurting my right hand which was already sore. Basically, I had a rough weekend before I left work to come home and crash good and hard.

Monday, I spent a majority of my day at home doing dishes and then relaxing. Then I took my Mickey Moosa to the groomer to get his hair trimmed up. While I was sitting in the parking lot of the library waiting for him to be done, his groomer texted me and mentioned that he had gotten a bloody nose after she had bathed him and was about to blow dry him off. This concerned me because A) He's getting up there in years, and B) He's never had a nosebleed before (that we knew of). I told her to go ahead and finish grooming him, and I would get ahold of the vet to make an appointment for him. Then I texted my mom and she called the vet and got him an appointment for the next day. After another hour or so of waiting, I went and picked him up and he seemed a bit more tired than usual to me, but I brushed it off and proceeded to take him home. On the way home, I came inches from hitting a dear and nearly lost my shit over that one. Then I got home and rested with my babies.

Tuesday, I spent my morning sleeping in and then I took my Simi-kins with me to go get my paycheck while mom took Mickey to the vet to see what was going on with him. Then I rushed home to meet the guy who was going to fix our furnace so it would run properly. Then I rested for a little bit while mom came home with Mickey (he's fine, it was just dry air). Then I went to work for about 7 hours. Now, work was not uneventful and (without giving names) I'm going to tell you basically what happened. So, I come in and everything seems normal. My coworker is back from vacation and everyone is in their usual places. Then, after the dinner rush, things slow down as they usually do. But then things got interesting. So my one coworker left at 8:30 like she usually does since she has another job, but then my coworker that I usually close with leaves at 9:00, which left me and two other coworkers to try and get everything done in a decent fashion. Well, then one of the other coworkers is pretty much useless while I'm trying to finish stocking my station and help the coworker that came back from vacation close up. Then she peaced out at 10:00 leaving me and said coworker to try and close AND do orders for about an hour. Needless to say, I was not too happy about this, but I kept my mouth shut and my nose to the grindstone. We thankfully got out of there just after 11:00 but I was a little pissed and tired and sore AF. I then went home and proceeded to crash and burn.

Wednesday, was a pretty tame day other than work being a little chaotic because we were short a person, and I learned how to turn the heat up at work too. LOL, It was actually really simple, just needed to be explained to me. Also, I was there for another 7 hours and I was sore AF afterward. After that, I proceeded to go home and crash again.

Thursday, I had a pretty dull day in comparison to the first few days of my week. I went to Bible Study in the morning, then came home, took a nap, and went out to Springville with mom and dad so that dad could pick up something for work. Then my parents had a brilliant idea: Let's get dinner from where you work! It was a brilliant plan, we were about 20 minutes away from work, so we could just stop in and pick it up on the way home. Little did we know that it would absolutely NOT be that simple. I called and placed the order and she said on the phone that it would be about 40-45 minutes. I thought, "Okay they must be busy. No big deal." We head towards there and get gas before we go in and get there about 40ish minutes after I called. Dad and I walk in and it is MAD BUSY in there. So, we pay for the food, and we wait... and wait... and wait... and wait. By the time we got our food, we had been waiting for it for over an hour. Now, mind you, we didn't order pizza. We got 10 wings, a hodgepodge, and two subs, and we had to wait over an hour. I wasn't too happy with them, but I understand that they were busy as Hell on the day that a bus full of Lawyers went over a cliff. Anywho, we came home, ate, and then dad went to bed. Then mom did laundry while I uploaded my vlog.

Friday, I got my hair cut with mom in the morning. Then we took my Gram (mom's mom) out to lunch because it's her birthday. After that, I went home, and later I'm going to work and hopefully it will be a good and smooth night at work.

Thank you for reading. I am trying to do better at uploading at least twice a week.

 Keep on Being Awesome,

Update on Shit

So I promise I'm going to do better at posting for you people that read this. I am working on getting myself more organized and better at sticking to a schedule. Which is something my depressed ass needs. It needs routine, which is something I definitely don't have currently.
Once I get that done, I am going to fit this blog into my schedule. That being said, my life is frigging chaotic with the Holidays upon us and work being busy AF. So, hopefully, that shit will slow down and then my life can go back to normal and I can start to get some semblance of a normal life together... Oh! and fit some writing in too. >_<

Weekly Rundown 11.5.17 ~ 11.10.17

I'm only making this Sunday - Friday because honestly, I don't feel like recalling my Saturday right now.

Sunday, it was crazy raining outside and after church, my parents and I went out to Red Lobster for lunch. Then I came home and had to rush to work. While I was at work, it continued to rain so much that one of the local creeks was overflowing and I had to leave work a little quicker than planned. And it was so nerve wrecking on the way home that I had a low-key panic attack while I was driving.
Monday, I spent the entire day sleeping and eating. Very exciting, I know.

Tuesday, I woke up, got dressed, ate breakfast, went to get my check with mom and then went shopping for a few things then had to rush home to grab my bag for work. Then I headed off to work and had a pretty slow night which was nice since Sunday was a little rough.

Wednesday, I woke up, went to work and spent the better part of my night aggravated and pissed off at my two coworkers who were not getting along and arguing in front of customers. Basically, I was mad because things weren't getting done at a good pace for the fact that we were not that busy. So, because I was so pissed and sore on the way home, I cried a majority of the way.

Thursday, I went to church in the morning with mom, then went out and grabbed a couple things including lunch in Jamestown. Then we came home and relaxed until after dinner when I did the dishes.

Today has been a pretty relaxing day, other than I've been doing laundry. lol, I enjoy having nothing to do, and it's a good relaxing pace. :)

  Keep On Being Awesome,
     Cass

Update 10.30.17

So I haven’t been vlogging or blogging in the passed few weeks and I don’t know if I enjoyed it or not. It was honestly very relaxing but I didn’t like not having a routine. I honestly like the routine of blogging and vlogging and it gives me something to do when I’m not working.
The part I don’t really like is the stress and feeling of having to get things done by a certain time. SO in light of that I’m not going to stress myself out about blogging or vlogging. If I don’t get it done, then I don’t get it done, it’s not the end of the world. But if I do, I will be much happier with myself. :)

Weekly Rundown 9.23.17~9.29.17

This week was a little bit of a blur but I am going to try and recall it as best I can.

Saturday, I went to work and that was pretty much it. So it was a pretty boring day.

Sunday, we went to church like any typical Sunday except I drove separately so that I could go home early since we went to Nana and Papa's house after church. After I went home and resting for a little bit, I went to work where I spent most of the rest of my night. Then I came home and crashed.

Monday, I spent the day at home doing all kinds of fun stuff. I did the dishes, did my laundry, had a sock mating party, picked up the living room a little and also picked up my room a bit. That was basically my day of doing all kinds of household stuff.

Tuesday, I woke up a little late, ate breakfast, went and picked up my check, put it in the bank, paid mom and then went to work for the remainder of my night before coming home and going to bed.

Wednesday, I woke up really late (around noon) took the dogs out, at breakfast/lunch rested for an hour and then went to work until after 9 then came home, uploaded my vlog and went to sleep because honestly I was exhausted.

Yesterday,  I spent the day doing a little bit of running around. First, I woke up, took a shower and went to Bible Study. From there I went to get something to eat and then went to my massage. Then I went to Walmart to pick up a few things and then headed home and relaxed. In other words, I passed out on the couch for almost two hours. When I woke up dad was home and we ate dinner and then I went back to church and hung out for a while. Then I uploaded my vlog while reading on my kindle app on my phone before going to bed.

Today, I went to get my hair cut, and later I am going to get gas and go to work for another fun-filled day at the factory. LOL

So that's basically been my week. I hope you enjoy reading this and hearing about my weekly "Adventures".

Mental Health Update 9.25.17

So this week I had a trial and error with my mood stabilizer and discovered that I have way more energy without it, the sad part is I think I might need it for the voices, but I'm not entirely sure. So I have been debating a few things this week like dropping my mood stabilizer and starting journaling again. I actually was thinking about it last night and want to start a bullet journal. I am actually planning on buying some new washi tape and a new notebook specifically for it. I just need to decide what I want to put in it.
I know I want to do a month at a glance things and lists, but I don't know what else to put in it. lol, Should I start doing fitness and working out more? Should I start tracking my food and water in there? Should I start tracking my mental health in there? Should I do all of the above? I honestly have no idea.
Maybe it should be a mental health bullet journal with stuff that helps my mental health. Like goals and lists to keep me on track and tell how my mood has been at the beginning of the day. Try to listen to my body and check in with my journal to see how my mood progresses throughout the day. That sounds like a good idea, and then maybe add some fitness to it.
I don't know, but it all sounds good in theory, it's just a matter of putting it all together. Thank you for reading this. Comment if you have any ideas for me.

Weekly Rundown 9.16.17~9.22.17

This week was a little bit of a trial and error week but it all worked out in the end.

Saturday, after having laid down some ground rules for Bryon the night before, he decided that he wasn't going to talk to me all day. Which was quite fine with me as I wanted to relax and get things done anyways. After a few hours of relaxing and getting to sleep in AND take a nap, I went to work and actually got to come home pretty early for a Saturday (around 9ish). Then I came home and went to sleep.

Sunday: Now here's where the trial and error really began. I started taking my Latuda (my mood stabilizer) in the morning instead of at night. I haven't had any good experiences trying that before but I figured I'd give it another go. Well, as luck would have it, I started crashing REALLY hard in the middle of Sunday School. I was getting light headed and was so tired that I couldn't even keep my eyes open. The scary part is I had coffee before church. So I should have been ready and raring to go. The sleepiness continued through main service and lunch at Nana and Papa's house.(Fun Fact: Bryon was supposed to meet me at church and then come to Nana and Papa's house with me and then after I laid down the law, he didn't speak to me and not to my surprise, never showed) Then I came home and napped for about 30 minutes. Which helped a little, then I went to work and had some sugared beverages which really helped wake me up. After work, I came home and crashed hard.

Monday, I had second thoughts about taking the Latuda in the morning, but then decided to give it a second chance, and took it again. I was foggy all morning but still managed to clean the room with Penny's litter box, do the mountain of dishes, and do my laundry before crashing hard for FOUR HOURS. I slept from about 1:30-2:00PM until 6:30 PM. The only time I woke up was to take the dogs out at around 4PM, but then I crashed again after we came back inside. After I woke up, I watched Superwoman's live broadcast, and then Dad came home and we watched "Knight Rider" until we both got tired again and went to bed.

Tuesday was a rough day. I decided to give the Latuda ANOTHER chance and took it again in the morning. BAD IDEA! I then went to wait for my paycheck and help Mom detail her mom's car. Well, as I had for the past two days previous. I started getting really tired on the way home from Gram's house, and so I crashed in the car and then slept some more when we arrived at home. Then I had to go to work and I had to go fill up my car with gas before that. Let me just say it was NOT pretty. I spent most of the ride to the gas station and work trying to keep my eyes from closing on me. Then we I got to the gas station I had the brilliant idea to get a couple of sugared beverages to try and help wake me up. Well, I drank the one with the most caffeine on the way to work, and I started getting kind of shaky. Then I drank another similarly caffeinated one when I got to work and felt like I was going to pass out for about twenty minutes. After that, it felt like my stomach was going to bust out of my abdomen. Then I took some deep breaths, thinking that it may have been anxiety, and it all leveled out around two hours after I had arrived at work. Suffice it to say, I was not glad that the night was busy AF and I was on fryer station. I was tired all night long, and I just wanted to go home and sleep. Thankfully my coworker lets me leave a few minutes before I was supposed to since we had everything done, and I went home and crashed.

Wednesday I was NOT about to let that medication ruin another day, and I didn't take my Latuda in the morning. The weird thing is I had an amazing amount of energy, I didn't take a nap, and I was even in a pretty good mood considering I didn't get a nap. Then I went to work... (dun dun dun) Everything was seemingly okay until my one coworker realized it was just going to be four of us. Then she started avoiding the phone and getting short with our manager, and when he picked at her about it while we were slow she said she was "More anti-people than normal". So basically, I spent the entire night trying to fill my station, keep up with my own orders, AND answer the phone 99% of the night. Needless to say, I was more than ready when the manager told me I could go home. I was exhausted and promptly went home, wound down, and crashed.

Yesterday I went to Bible Study/Prayer meeting in the morning like I usually do, and then, after spending the afternoon trying to update my phone and get it backed up, I went to court for Simi's license being late. I took care of that with only a minimum fee and then went home to do the dishes and relax for the rest of the night.

Today was set to be a day where I didn't have anything planned but then the orthopedic doctor's office called and asked if I wanted to switch my appointment to today at 3:20 PM. So naturally I said yes, and I'm heading out there with Mom a little early so she can do the banking and stuff. So, it's going to be a good day today.

Thank you for reading and I hope I didn't bore you too much.

  Keep on being Awesome,
     Cass

Writing Update

So my writing as honestly gotten a little behind lately, but I am really trying to get back to it, especially since I paid Microsoft so I can work on Lucy again. I've also been getting more ideas together for Bell Mort which has been officially renamed Bella Nyx Mortum. She's not too crazy about me knowing her full name, but oh well. She's named after her mother which is Isabella Mortum. She is also known as Nyx. So, I'm trying to collaborate with my sister on that (cause Isabella is her character) and trying to get Lucy to work with me. It's a long and annoying process being a writer. Lol *sighs* I hope you all enjoy reading this, and I hope someone out there can relate.

Weekly Rundown 9.9.17 ~ 9.15.17

This week has been just a tiny bit crazy only because I've made a new friend who is sickeningly sweet and wants to talk all the damn time. Anyways, let's get started on my week shall we?

Saturday, I relaxed at home most of the day, and then went to work from 4 PM until 10PM. So as you can imagine it was a pretty boring typical day.

Sunday, I went to church like normal with nothing out of the ordinary happening, except that I was on the sound system this week. Which was pretty nice. Then we had a fellowship after church with Pizza and cupcakes. Then we came home, took a nap and I went to work from about 5 PM until 10 PM. After that it was your typical boring night where I upload the vlog and go to bed.

Monday is where things pick up and get a little more interesting. I spent most of the day at home chilling, but the night before I coworker asked me to switch Tuesday night for Monday night, so I ended up working from about 4 PM until around 8 PM. Which is shorter than my usual Tuesday shift but that's okay I honestly didn't mind the break. After that I came home and watched some Knight Rider with dad before putting up the Vlog and going to bed.

Then Tuesday, because I worked the night before I had the day off. So, I went out and got my paycheck at around 12 PM (ish) like I usually do. Then mom and I went to the bank to put money in, and so she could take money out to pay the car payment. Then we went to Silver Creek and got my favorite Sundae EVER which is called the "Purple People Eater" and it's from the Frosty Treat in Irving. Then we went to get something substantial to eat at KFC/Taco Bell in Dunkirk (we also stopped there because dad wanted a couple of their slushies). Then we went and saw dad at the job site, and after went to Walmart to pick up a few things. Then we went home and the rest of the night was pretty boring. I basically spent the night at home video messaging my new friend. Who, honestly seems like everything I could want in a man except that he seems too sweet. Which isn't a bad thing, but it makes me quite anxious that I won't be able to live up to his expectations.

Anyways, Wednesday I went to counseling really early in the morning (I had to be there by 9 AM) and then came home, took a nap, and went to work from 3 PM until just after 9:30 PM. Which is a long day for me and my new friend (who seems to desperately want to be more) was messaging me most of the night and almost flipped shit on me because I didn't reply to him. *rolls eyes* Anyway, once I got home I video messaged him for a while and then went to sleep.

Yesterday, I spent the day mostly running around and trying to get two days worth of Vlogs posted because I got really tired talking to my friend and forgot to upload them. I went to my physical in Hamburg at 10:15 AM and then came home for a half an hour. Then left to go to my Psychiatric appointment in Jamestown that was at 1:30 PM so it was a little crazy and then I went to work from 4 PM until after 10 PM. (Not my usual shift, but my cousin Kim had something going on at College and asked me to work for her)

Today, I am currently at the doctors in Irving with my sister, and then I go home for a little bit before going to lunch at a church member's house. (And possibly going to talk to her neighbor about Christ) I am also running on about 6 hours of sleep instead of my usual 10-12 so I am kind of tired and not sure if I am going to have time to nap today. UGH!

Anyways, that's my week in a nutshell. I hope you all had a good week and hope it wasn't as crazy as mine was.

  Keep on being Awesome,

Weekly Rundown 9.2.17-9.8.17

So this week I had quite a bit of fun injuring myself.

Saturday, I relaxed for a while and then went to work, which was a little crazy as per it's usual.
Sunday, I went to church in the morning, got a good nap in and then the fun began. On my way to work I noticed that I was running dangerously low on gas and I wasn't sure I was going to even make it to work and worse yet: I had no money to put into my gas tank to make it home. So as soon as I arrived at work, I called my mom and she and my dad decided that they would come and put gas in my car after they finished their church service. Having that taken care of, I quickly went into work since I was almost late. I settle in and then walk into the pizza room (My station for the night) I open the door to the oven and fricken burn my wrist. Yep, first time burning myself in a while, but it hurt really bad and yeah... it was still my shift in the pizza room so I had to work all night with a burn on my wrist that progressively got worse as the night went on. Then I went home and crashed.
Monday was Labor Day here in the US, and I spent the day relaxing and doing chores around the house that I needed to get done and had been putting off.The burn I got the day before was not healing like I'd hoped though and was swollen underneath the wound.
Tuesday, it had stormed Monday night and so work was without power, but I had fun and went out running around with mom. Then came home and crashed... HARD. The burn on my wrist was now scabbed over but looked a little green and I started to become a little concerned as it REALLY hard to move my wrist up and down. Which is probably due to the swelling.
Wednesday, I ran into work early, grabbed my check, put it in the bank, went and got drinks, and then went and waited outside work for a few minutes before heading into a little bit of a rough night for me. First, I sliced mozzarella cheese on the slicer and ate some. For those of you that are wondering why this is a problem, I suffer from IBS-D and soft cheese is one of my worst triggers. So as you can imagine the night could only get worse as I had diarrhea most of the night. Then when I was running to the bathroom yet again, I stubbed my toe on the rack where we keep our little bags of chips. Then my one coworker was being a bitch (and thus irritating me)  most of the night, so I was not in good spirits when I left there that night a whole hour and a half LATER than I was supposed to. On top of that, the burn now hurts worse than ever and is really affecting how I move my wrist, which has me a bit more nervous.
Thursday, I was hoping to get some relaxing done so I made time for that in between going to Bible Study twice. The second time only because my mom made me feel guilty about it. Which sucks, because I would have felt better if I'd stayed home and meditated or something like that. We put a band-aid on the burn last night and I took it off before I took a shower and it seemed to feel better.
Anyway, today is Friday once again, and I am taking Mickey Moose to get a hair cut before coming home doing the dishes really quick and then going out shopping with my sister. It should be a good day. Maybe I'll do some meditating with some incense and my Chakra stones while I wait for Mickey to be done with his hair cut. lol

   Keep on Being Awesome,
      Cass

PS: Thank you so much for reading this. I hope you enjoyed it and it wasn't too dull for you.

Mental Health Update

I'm not going to lie, this passed week has been a little rough on me mentally. Especially since I hurt my foot on Wednesday. I mean, after that it was all downhill. I honestly think my depression has been hitting me pretty damn hard this week. I have no motivation, my thoughts have been terribly sad due to the fact that I have no motivation, and I feel tired all the time. I am honestly glad that I don't have to put up with this much longer. Since I see my counselor and my psychiatrist next week. But I am trying my hardest to hold on until then. Other than that, I had a pretty good week especially since my favorite weather is finally here! I honestly love autumn and I wish it could be that temperature all year round.

Weekly Rundown 8-26-17~9-1-17

This week was a bit of a let down, but I'll break it down for you.

Saturday was my day off and I was supposed to go to the Celtic Festival and by the time we got there everything was being taken down. So we went out to eat at Sakura with dad, and then we went to Bath and Body works.
Sunday, I woke up so tired I could barely keep my eyes open, and after church was called into work early so I couldn't even take a nap to get my energy back up. So all through work I was tired as Hell, and wanted to go home.
Monday, was a nice day and I relaxed most of the day.Which was nice.
Tuesday, I went and picked up my paycheck early, then went and took my car to the shop to get the check engine light turned off. Which they did. Then mom and I went out to ice cream and BK for lunch. Then I went home and relaxed for a little while before I went to work. Where I closed and then came home and crashed.
Wednesday, I took my car to the shop early to get it fixed, and then we went to Walmart and went home and relaxed until I went to work at three. While I was at work I accidentally kicked the table with my big toe and injured it badly. I went home a few HOURS later and spent the night tossing and turning with pain in my toe and foot.
Thursday, I took Simi to the vet in the morning, then came home and relaxed until Bible Study later in the day.
Today, I went to the dr for my toe and the dr thinks it's a stained tendon. Which is not what I wanted to hear since I have to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Which means I'm working all weekend with a bum foot. So now I'm waiting in Urgent Care to get an X-Ray of my foot, which I PRAY isn't broken.

It was a bad week, but I'm determined to have a better one this week.

     Keep on Being Awesome,
      Cass

Writing Update

So, I've been working on Lucy a little bit, almost done with chapter 10. I've also been working on ideas for Bell Mort, who is being a little bit of a brat now that I am trying to give her attention. *rolls eyes* So, that's how it's been going. Hopefully, it will be going better and I'll have more to report next time.
